We ordered stuff crust pizza. Pizza was very dry taste like it’s been out for hours and reheated. You just can’t get a good pizza in Lufkin at all. ??♀️

They do an awesome job with allergies specifically at this location. They no longer offer dine-in service.Dietary restrictions: They make a vegan supreme pizza to perfection if you can't tolerate milk or processed meats like me. I just build it the way I want in app and it's always issue-free.

Pizza was great but we were overcharged. Online price was listed $9.99 for 1 pizza and when we went to purchase said pizza it was $17 and some change. We had no extra topping. Plain pepperoni pizza.

Ordered a couple of pizzas on the website, came in to pick them up and Pizza Hut had gotten a large order just before they got to mine, thirty pizzas to be exact, and they were running a little behind and said it would be about eight minutes. I'm a complete chill kind of guy so I told the really awesome employ, "No problem, let me know when it's ready, I'll be right over there." I took a seat and it wasn't long until my pizzas were done, the fella thank me for my patience, and I thanked him for making me the pizza hero in my house tonight. I checked the pizzas and they were spectacular! And they smelled great on the way home. Great experience and my family loved them! I can't say enough good things about Pizza Hut on Timberland, they go above and beyond to make sure you're happy!

Our order was sent out via door dash and the sanitary SEAL was broken on the food! Pizza hut DID NOT ask us if door dash was ok, I would have picked it up myself!!I do NOT use food delivery services except pizza!When I called to inquire the "manager" kendra,( that is the name she gave) claimed the seal was already broken when it left the store, however, I called in from a number NOT associated with my account and never gave information for my order so she didn't know what my order was nor what whether it was sealed!She was very rude and disrespectful and I had to throw away $30 worth of pizza!?

The first time I tried their pizza amazing. my friend recommended it me so I wanted to try it out for my self. When I took that first bite I was shocked. Best pizza I’ve ever tried but they should work on their prices; it is a little pricey.

Sauce for chicken wings is NOT free. After ordering about $47 worth of food plus an 18% gratuity , I asked about sauce for the wings as there was no option to select a sauce when ordering online. I was told that sauce does not come with the wings and in order to get sauce, they would have to charge me .75/sauce. I was extremely put off by that, so I called Customer Service in Memphis, TN who explained that when they switched wing suppliers, this decision was made, but I could talk directly to the Store as it was up to them if they could just give me the sauce for free. I called and spoke to the Store Manager who advised that they could not give out the sauce for free as that was store policy. They would be happy to give me a full refund if I brought the pizza back. So they would rather waste food and money than just give me one sauce. Outrageous!!! Having said all of that, the food was warm and the way I ordered it, so that is the ONLY reason I gave them 3 stars.
