Ordered online figured it’d be done after a 15 minute drive. Come to find out my order wasn’t worked on and seeing two workers working on one sandwich with three customers in front of me who had an online order.Online order isn’t worth it.

Staff is not friendly and I was not given a receipt for my purchase. Cashier immediately threw it in the trash and then couldn’t find it. Other lady (the most rude) came over and shoved the cashier out of the way, pounded on the POS screen with her gloved hand, reprinted the receipt, and stomped back over to make more sandwiches with the same gloved hand. My son has also called the restaurant several times to inquire about the minimum age for employment opportunities. The staff is rude, not at all helpful, and hangs up on him. I’ll go to the Frank Ave location, or just make a sandwich at home— this location needs to clean house on these people

The lady that hand us our food was rude. Ordered in app they did not read the instructions. When we get food there are no napkins and bread almost burned on toasted sandwich and bread was stale on other. Will not go to this Subway again

This store deserves negative stars!! Worst customer service ever!!! Lead person just throws sandwiches together and gets an attitude if you ask for something specific. Do not even waste your time at this one. Sandwiches were a mess and weren’t even good.

I got a salad there was no lettuce in it the meat stunk very badly, I asked nicely for a refund and they declined because they said they didn’t have access to it and said to just come back tomorrow. One of the girls asked if she should call the manager and the other one said “I don’t feel like it” with a attitude.
