The best banana pudding ice cream I've ever eaten! Generous servings, good selection, and great service! Also, they have a well-appointed refrigerator with niche sodas. My only complaint is the lack of non-dairy options, my son was disappointed he couldn't have ice cream with the rest of us. But other than that, is definitely recommend!

This little ice cream shop brings a whole new level of charm to Downtown Lufkin. It needs to be on your list of things to do in town.???? Friendly staff, absolutely delicious flavors of ice cream????and delightfully unique flavor dipped cones (my favorite is the waffle cone dipped in white chocolate and fruity pebbles with key lime pie ice cream). So so yummy and adorable. Games and tables are right outside to sit and enjoy with a friend, a loved one, your kids, or even on your own when you need a break; it's perfect!

This place is so cool! The ice cream is great along with some of the ways they prepare said ice cream. Have you heard of ice cream nachos? Probably not. They have them. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The flavors rotate out all the time so there are new flavors weekly. Go by and enjoy.
My grandchildren recommended this place. Great ice cream with flavors changing weekly I understand. Only parking is on the street so may have to walk a bit.

Our organization hosted an event here and we couldn’t recommend The Downtown Scoop more! Everyone was so kind and communicative and Brandi was an absolute joy to work with - she made hosting our event so easy. This is a great location, actively involved in helping the local community, and the ice cream is really good too! Wonderful place for the whole family!!!

We enjoyed our ice cream. The waitstaff was friendly and provided recommendations. I got the blueberry and my husband got the banana pudding. The blueberry was delicious! I didn't like the banana pudding because it tasted like imitation banana but my husband really enjoyed it.
