We got there at 10:50. We got breakfast food. I know it was at the end of breakfast but they serve it until 11 so we ordered it. We didn't get our food until 11:22 and they told us it was due to them mixing the pancake mix. They weren't very busy with other customers and seemed to be fully staffed at the time. The manager kept saying it was the pancakes, that they were done with breakfast but had to bring the pancake mix back out. I get that but I could've made that whole breakfast quicker had I been home starting from scratch. The wait time was excessive, even for Whataburger!When the food came, my taquito looked like it had been thrown on the ground, rubbed in bacon grease (I ordered an egg, potato and cheese taquito, so no meat) and repackaged in a new wrapper. The cheese wasn't melted, the taquito smelled greasy and unappealing and the first bite I apprehensively took tasted rancid. My dad's 3 stack of pancakes were heavy, flat and full of oil. The three together stacked up to look as big as 1 normally is. They were like heavy oily pucks that tasted close to the way they looked, pucky. He tried to eat them but only got away with eating the sausage and hash browns. The smushed tater tots kind, and those were the only thing good.I will not be going back to this particular Whataburger again.

I was charged for more money for a shake and didnt get my refund even reported it to the manager and he told me to come back the next day because the general manager was gonna be there. Makes no sense why couldnt the manager himself do

The guy that received me on Feb 12, 2024, thank you! You don’t know how hungry I was. I’m really grateful and moved by you. My card declined because I didn’t realize that I had canceled my card on accident and he proceeded to helped me out. I’ll make sure to pay if forward!

Quick service but needs to pay more attention to drink
I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes this morning. Went inside asked the assistant manager about my order. She told me the lady was wrapping my taquitos now 10 minutes later I ask again about my order. The assistant manager got an attitude as if I had done something wrong so I got a refund I will never go back to that restaurant again sorry excused for management and staff. They definitely need to be retrained.
Shardae “Alexis” she was very polite. She was nothing short of amazing inspire of me being difficult. She’s well mannered and she honestly care about her job and others. If she’s there I most definitely will be making this a daily stop. ?
