Everything was fantastic ? we ordered pizza, wings, pitas with hummus and a gyro plate. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. Will definitely return very very soon !

Tasty food. Fabulous salad, crispy fries, and a good flavor to the gyros. Served quickly. The music was a little loud but not enough to complain about and we were the only customers at the moment. ( we were there at an odd time.)

I received a suggestion to try Eddie's Philly cheese steak. I dropped by and ordered at the drive up. It was raining. I ordered at the windows by the owner. A very pleasant man. I took the sandwich home to eat it. It was quite a surprise. I really enjoyed the fries. I am very particular about fries. I will be getting more in the future as well as the sandwich. A very tasty meal indeed.

Total disappointment! Went to try because other reviews were so very good. Out of the three plates ordered, all seemed like prepackaged foods and not fresh. Definitely not authentic cuisine.This morning one of us is sick. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

Couldn’t agree with the last review any more. I’ve lived in big cities with high quality options everywhere you look, and Eddie’s would be right up at the top of anywhere in Texas. Everything on the menu is fantastic and there aren’t really any competitors in SETX. Portions are huge and prices are great. Try some falafel if you never have. His pizzas are the best in the area. But those gyros are to die for of course. The owner is Greek, not SETexan so don’t get offended if he doesn’t call you ma’am or sir. He’s really a hard working person and shows a sense of humor if you crack a joke. I will NEVER pass up a chance to eat at Eddie’s.
Picked up a gyro sandwich and a lamb kabob plate tonight. Both were plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend Eddie's Gyro and Pizza! Servings are generous and fresh.
If I could give them 100 stars I would! Best place in Lumberton and dare I say, Southeast Texas. I've lived in Austin for years, and I have high standards for food. From the amazing pizza, the delicious Greek salad (I always add the gyro meat), great gyros, the standout wings, the low prices and good portions, the quality ingredients.... our family can't get enough! Pretty much any time we don't cook at home... we are picking up some Eddies. I'd like to add that people sometimes complain about the owner's "attitude"... it's clear he isn't from Southeast Texas and doesn't have our manner-filled culture. Guess what... this isn't a catfish joint with mom and pop! This is Eddies and he makes damn good Greek food. He's not overly enthusiastic but is appreciative of the business, literally is working EVERY time I go so he's probably tired... it's my little girls favorite restaurant and he is always kind to her and shows his appreciation for our business. We keep going back and dropped the expectation he needs to lick our boots!
