Went in today to get a sub, the employee there sent 30 minutes chatting with customers who didn't even want to hear her talk. I had 1 person in front of me in line but it took 30 minutes to receive my food. 30 minutes and she made 2 sandwiches. It was about a 10 minute gap between her toasting my sandwhich and her wrapping it up and finish because she kept trying to make small talk that nobody asked for.
