Well if you haven’t tried either of the banana pudding or blueberry muffin batter ice creams, you are missing out! Never been to this location before but it was worth the drive since the location closest to me in Cypress advertised they had it and were OUT. The staff was awesome here and after devouring the banana cream and sampling the blueberry batter I ended up buying a pint of it to enjoy later. The ice cream was fine, though there isn’t a big selection. The other things however… the marshmallows were stale and so was the waffle bowl. Yuck! The marshmallows ranged from hard to very chewy and the waffle bowl was not crisp at all. I could bend it in half without breaking it and that is the part that WASN’T covered in ice cream. The service was good as was the atmosphere.

Didn't mix the toppings together, we asked for fudge and got caramel, and the ice cream was half melted. How does this place carry the Cold Stone branding.
I ordered a medium ice cream cup and I got a karge one. Ice cream was good. Maybe the cashier didn't hear to well on what I ordered.

Don't believe the store hours. Tried at 1:30pm only to find all the lights on and the door locked. Avoid this location.

You guys should rethink the small waffle cones with the wrappers on them. I got half an ice cream scoop for my toddler and when I was taking the wrapper off, it was so stuck on there that it just broke the cone and fell on the floor. So then I had to go back inside and spend another $5 on just half a scoop of ice cream. And honestly not the best quality ice cream. Mint did not taste like mint.

I am beyond pissed. I ordered a cake for my daughter's 15th birthday. I couldn't pick it up the day of her birthday, I came in the next day and they told me someone picked it up. Why would someone pick up a cake with someone's name on it? Now my daughter doesn't have a cake. They offered to do another one but I have to get ready for work. Wasnt expecting to wait for a cake that was suppose to be ready the day before. Yall might want to look at the camera and see what employee took our cake. Thank you.
