Tonight I was literally scolded for the first time ever at a Starbucks for ordering almost 60.00 worth of drinks at 8:30 mind you they close an hour later. I ordered through the app while in the parking lot and went through after a couple people and she proceeded to tell me when handing me my order to give them 20 minutes as they have two people at night. They were dead besides the cars I let go in front of me and No one was inside or behind me. So the app said 10 minutes which I was happy to wait but if I showed up in 20 minutes would have been cold. I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer. Will go the woodlands parkway from now on.

I am a regular Starbucks person. I have never had any problems out of any of the Starbucks I have gone except this Magnolia location. My order wasn't that complicated and if you were listening you would know exactly what I wanted. And when I try to correct the guy at the window. He wanted get an attitude and act like what I am saying doesn't matter. So I am kindly trying to repeat my order to him and he tries to shut the window on Me like excuse me. Such poor professionalism. And very unfriendly. I spoke with the manager she wasn't rude. She was kind and fixed my order but Facial expressions were telling me a different to story when all I was trying to do was get a coffee and wanted my order to be right. Been going to Starbucks for about two years now and never had a problem like this. Magnolia location please step up your game.

Its not your typical busy Starbucks, because its more of an drive thru. The employees are great, its not to crowded and plenty of seats outside. Still the same ol StarbuckDietary restrictions: Not great if you're watching your calorie intake

Recently, Sunday, January 21st at about 6pm my husband stopped by to grab me a coffee and a muffin, pretty sure something was wrong with the almond milk in my coffee or the drink in general. I became severely sick for 36 hrs, couldn't hold anything down. It was terrible and don't think I'll ever endure Starbucks again.
