Submitted an order the morning of pick up, pick up was set for 8pm. I arrived 15 minutes later and they had given my order away to someone else. The customer service from Ana and black girl working the front (couldn’t get her name) was just horrible. They had me waiting an additional 30 minutes for my order I placed in the morning! Overall just horrible customer service and will not be ordering from here again!

So I am sitting her in my car in front of little Cesar wating for my order watching them make the pizza and I see and an employee eating her pizza and making pizza at same time she puts her slice of pizza in her mouth so she can cut customers pizzas then she takes it out of her mouth she has long black and blue

She seems to barely know how to speak English and answers the phone as if she is at home in her room watching television.Please teach hee how to speak and customer service skills.When I arrived, I saw what I expected. Her shirt looked dingy with visible stains.She was at the front counter eating some type if ice cream on a stick and eating potatoes chips and touching folk boxed pizza boxes.This is down right nasty. I will be contacting the city health department about this tomorrow.You all just opened in Manor, TX and already getting bad ratings.Fix it!

They advertise that they are famous for their "$5 Hot and Ready" pizzas. Went in last night and again today only to find not a single pizza available. I won't bother coming back to this location.

I've had LC several times but this was literally the first time having it fresh from the oven and overall very pleased compared to prior tastings...perfect cook on the pie...bread stick side were amazingly tasty! Service was good with really no interaction besides a pleasant greeting. Their pickup method with the pizza portal is pretty cool and efficient. Over all great pizza experience.
I always have a good time when I come here the people are so cool and fun and they're prompt and take their job seriously
