On my first visit about a month ago to this location the worker took my order then another coworker walked up and they proceeded to make conversation saying "yo" after everything they said and laughing while doing it. It didn't sit well with me. I brushed it off and decided to go back today to see if I could get normal interactions when placing and waiting for my order only to see the one lady going from the left lane to the right lane taking orders as I pulled up, I assumed in the order the cars arrived. As I waited for my turn a truck pulled up after me in the lane next to me. She took the order from the car in front of the truck and when she finished there she went straight to the truck. She looked up every time a car pulled up so it's not like she didn't know I was already sitting there. I just left and won't be coming back.

1st time customer and will be returning! The blonde barista was so helpful and had a spunky personality. Not to mention the coffee was great! I got the sweet and salty by her recommendation, 3/4 sweet and it did not disappoint. Bonus that their medium size is bigger than other shops’.

I have tried the Blondie, German Chocolate, Sweet & Salty, Cinnamon Roll, & the Salted Caramel Macchiato… All of them are amazing! I like my drinks sweet with a hint of caffeine. They never short you on the coffee because you ask for easy ice. $6.77 for a large (32 oz) and the longest I’ve waited at peak hours is maybe 5 minutes. Everyone has always been kind. Alyssa is always helpful. On more than one occasion, the shift lead/manager has addressed any issue. Definitely recommend!

Went to your mansfield location this morning. Ordered a large blonde with cold foam. Tried to tell them when they gave it to me that there was no cold foam, maybe it was the wrong drink. They assured me it was right. I tried to tell them after tasting that it was definitely wrong, they told me no it was right so can't remake it.. so I just paid 8 dollars for the wrong drink that I just threw in the trash. What kind of company gives someone the wrong order and refuses to make it right? I want my money refunded and will never be back if this is the expectation. Horrible.

Love love love coming here! The manager is, Tommy, is awesome. When I've been he has been outside taking orders with his team, which says a lot! The whole atmosphere there always makes my day. The staff is always so friendly, and I've never had to wait for more than 2 minutes for my drink.
