We used Uber and the order was completely wrong. $50 worth of food, we received $30 worth and the order was wrong. What the hell is the purpose of spending $50 for fast food of it isn't what you ordered?

Went in today, not greeted and no service up at the front. As soon as we walked in we got stared at and ignored. Approach a tall bald man at the front and asked if it was open seating and he nodded then walked away. We sat then they asked us to move, and all the servers just stared us walking to the new seat and gave bad looks. Felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Train your staff to not just be huddle in a group and actually serve.

Nice location with Friendly Staff. Food and service was good and fast, and BOGO Boneless Thursdays make it well worth the cost. We will definitely be going back.

Took my family of 6 for dinner. Food took awhile to come out even though they were not busy. We were sat a table w trash all over the floor. Bathrooms were disgusting. I love BWW in general but definitely DON'T recommend the one off 287 in Mansfield.
