This location also has a huge indoor playground with slides and tunnels for the kids.There is ample parking provided here as well as a drive-through. The many times I have been here, this place doesn't get too crowded, and the customer service is always on point. The staff and employees are very friendly and are eager to provide top customer service. They do a great job in progressive cooking and keeping your food hot and fresh. Every time I have been here, my food was always cooked to order and arranged and displayed nicely. The prices here are unbeatable as well as the quality of food being served. They have fountain drinks for your convenience as well as a ketchup dispenser. They never hold back when asking for condiments such as BBQ sauce, sweet and sour, and ranch. The restaurant is kept clean as well as their restrooms and play area. There are tables and chairs as well as booths inside the play area to sit at and enjoy your meal. The play area is nice to have for the kids to play in, especially in this Texas heat!This Burger King does a great job in serving its customers while producing great food. The flame grilled burgers always taste great with their freshly sliced sweet red tomatoes, onions, and sour pickles .

I gave a one-star for atmosphere because the doors were locked at 1:30 in the afternoon.I don't know why I keep going back to this place. Staff wears their pants on their head.Some folks aspire to be broke & worthless to society. Come to this location and you can view those folks through glass @ 1:30pm - just like a zoo.

Upon reading other reviews, it’s good to see that I’m not the only one that has had repeated problems here. literally every time I go here, they are closed. I went at 9:05 pm last night and they had all the lights off. The guy had the headset on and we waited for three minutes. I drove to the window and he was peeking from behind the drink machine but not taking orders. I’m not sure what’s going on since they don’t close until midnight. But this has happened repeatedly only at this location. It’s crazy to me. Has to be owned by someone who is ok losing money.

Walked in to Burger King at 8:30. Instead of getting greeted I was told we could only eat if I ordered take out. She mentioned because they had already cleaned the lobby and would be short staffed later they were not letting customers dine in.
I have given this place a couple of chances since moving to the area and they seem to never be consistent with their food. Never taste good the times we have tried them. What happened to hot tasty Burger King.

The food was good. I guess this place was fine. Theres nothing wrong with it it was okay.
I didn't catch the drive thru cashier's name, but he was a joy to have served me with a friendly conversation and smiled even with how busy he was, and me asking if he had 2 frosty coke drinks with a hamburger. It seemed like he ran the lobby and drive thru by himself, but he didn't seem pressed or stressed. It's hard to find good serves these days, but this man handled it with grace...
Great Burger King!! There didn't appear to be many ppl this early but drive thru worker was very friendly and also food came out super fast and soper hot. He said they were just starting cooking and food was super hot.. highly recomend

This is the worst run restaurant I have ever experienced. At 5 pm the door was locked when the door clearly states that it is supposed to be open during business hours. I knocked on the door but was ignored so I went through the drive through and asked why the door was locked. The disinterested employee told me that they were "short" staffed, I informed them that the door is to remain open during business hours in which I was ignored. So, I went to the front of the store to take pictures of the doo clearly stating it was to remain open during business hours, the number to BK and how many employees were working inside. As I was about to leave an employee burst open the door telling me she called the cops! Why? Because she didn't want to do her job and I wanted to hold her accountable which isn't a crime. On the phone she changed the story and said she had a meeting in the back not because they were short staffed which at 5pm with 15 cars in the drive through isn't the time to have a "meeting" and another example of poorly run establishment. In addition, calling the police on a concerned customer is not a proper response to the situation. After reading other reviews of this place, I'm not surprised and wonder where the franchise owner is and why they haven't addressed the situation.
