Ordered here online and unfortunately we had a situation come up and was unable to go because the keys got stuck in the car as well as phones stuck and it took 2 hours to get it unlocked. We called to see if we can figure something out; maybe get it made again. The employee who answered the phone was beyond rude. Sorry but just because you have a bad day doesn’t mean you need to be rude it’s not like she didn’t know the situation but she still acted completely rude with an attitude and everything. She could’ve said there’s nothing she could do and it would’ve been fine. That was not the problem here. The problem was she was completely disrespectful. Not going there again.
