The cinnamon roll was sloppy but decent overall. It still doesn’t beat Cinnabon. The staff is rude. The lady forgot my fork and knife and when I came back she said “oh you forgot to get your fork huh” real smug. No lady you were texting and forgot to put it in my bag. Will not return.

Why is there always an issue at this Cinnaholic? I thought it was just me but when I was talking to a friend about my experience, she was like yeah, don't go to that one.Now you would think for the prices they charge, they would at least be nice, but no, most of times that's not in the cards.The first issue I had was when I went in the store on October 27th to order their seasonal pizza roll which I had gotten an email about earlier in the month. I didn't see signage but asked to order one and was told with a sneer, those are seasonal, we don't have them anymore. I was thinking, huh, I thought that email said all throughout October as it had in past years but maybe I was wrong. I thought about getting a regular roll but I just couldn't reward her crappy attitude by handing her my money so I left.Two days later, yeah that's right, on October 29th, I received another email with the Mansfield store's information on it stating that I should hurry to that location if I wanted a pizza roll before the seasonal special ended. I just shook my head. It's a shame that the Mansfield location is such a poor representation of such an amazing vegan brand. I've had Cinnaholic in several different locations and this is by far the worst location. There's a lot of competition in that area of town and if they don't change their ways, I'm not sure if they'll still be open for long.
Rude and unhelpful staff. The place smelled like cheap cleaning chemicals. The food was not worth the price, smell, or rude staff.

Went on with a hankering for something sweet and this hit the spot. They had great attitudes and were very helpful in making our selections. The rolls tasted very fresh and the creme brulee icing was so good!!!

Everything was wonderful- I definitely think these are better than Cinnabon. We went in (reluctantly) at 830pm. I thought it's probably going to be gross at the end of the night and I find it so rude to go in somewhere right when they are closing. We went, I tipped extra, and thoroughly enjoyed my cinnamon roll. Thank you! Will be back!

I can't believe it's vegan tbh, but yeah it's delicious. I got the smores one and it came out super quick. The only thing is it does feel pretty expensive. Service was okay, not super nice but not rude either. I might come again, but it did give me one hell of a stomachache. Maybe if I try one of the lighter options it will be okay haha. Friend liked hers too and she got the original one.Overall fairly good.

Rolled up just a few minutes after 8:30 pm, to internal light dimmed and looks of disgust from the workers. I asked are you still open, "yeah but we're closing real soon!" But don't you have any food? "We have like four rolls." So we left. Who doesn't like being treated like you're not wanted?
