The pumpkin pie blizzard is my absolute favorite thing to get during the fall season. On this day in particular Oct 24 at around 9:25pm, the girl that took our order at the window had a less than friendly face at first. You could tell she didn’t want to be there and wanted to hurry up and get out of there. Not sure who exactly made our ice cream but it was 5 blizzards all the same size and we asked for “extra, extra” pie crumbs in each.What did we get? Some of the blizzards were somewhat made the way it was asked for but mine, it literally had less than 8 little pieces of pie crumb pieces and the bottom half was basically plain vanilla ice cream. NONE of them had whipped cream put on top and of course zero pumpkin spice put on top. Worst experience I’ve had there. Such a disappointment especially considering on a different night when a different girl made ours one time so amazing.

The food is good but expect to wait about 15-30 minutes for your order. This place is HORRIBLY SLOW. You could go home and grill your own burger faster than they can make one for you. Just plain SLOW
We went through drive through on Wednesday called and told the young lady that our kids meal was missing she said she would write my name down go on Sunday for a replacement the manager decides that a name wasn’t wrote down then says it’s been past the days honey if my name was wrote down what does it matter what day I

Service is horrible. Took over 25 mins to get 5 blizzards. What a joke. Don't waste your time here.
The review was specifically written in response to the great service of the drive thru attendant. It’s such a blessing to receive great service. I asked for an extra item on the order when I got to the window and she was kind enough to accommodate. Also I was ordering an ice cream cone and needed to ensue proper packaging to drive. Ice cream spills while driving = not fun. Without me even asking she placed the cone upside down in a cup making it travel friendly. So thoughtful. Usually I have to ask. Thanks for the great service.

Last night once again at this location they do not wait on you if you go inside to order. I have lived here in town for 23 years and this place just needs to lock the doors to the dining room if they don’t want to service anyone inside. Sometimes you just don’t want to eat in the car.

The Mansfield Dairy Queen takes me back 50 years to my childhood. The old style building is the same as the store that was by my childhood home. The service was great at 8:00 on a Sunday night. Inside was comfortable, and the drive-thru was slammed. The crew that was working on Labor Day Sunday night worked well together and continuously stayed on top of the crowd. I recommend Oreo Blizzard. For some reason, the Blizzards aren't in the suggestions.

Why does thru take 40 minutes to clear with only 3 cars ??? That’s like 10-12 minutes. Inside is the same if not worse.
