I mistakenly typed a wrong number for my order and confused the driver. However, even with the mistake, it got to me way faster than the pizza hut driver with correct info did. I apologize to the driver but she is good and a great employee who really tried to do the right thing!

Terrible management. Ordered pizza for my staff after a long day they had an evening meeting. It should have arrived around 6:00pm, got delivered close to 7:00pm. When you order it the approximate time is poorly miscalculated. Talked to Kenneth around 6:30pm, he said we were the next stop. I asked how long because if it was another 30 minutes or so it wouldn't be worth it. I explained that I wasn't upset directly at him but the situation but needed a more accurate time frame. He couldn't give it to me or any info of how close (like tell me how far it was from the place before our order) & I asked for a manager. A few minutes later he came back & said she'd tell me the same thing. The manager wouldn't get on the phone to talk to an upset customer? The manager won't support their staff to handle a concern? I submitted an online complaint & expect a response. I worked customer service a long time, I know things happen. It's not Kenneth, it's the management & when I asked for her name, he said "I am not liable to give that information". Unacceptable Dominos, unacceptable.Oh & after the call, I got a text notification about 15 minutes later saying my delivery driver just left.Update 12/28: Emailed in response to owner's comment below, even though I opened a case as stated above... even included case number, no response still.

This store does not function right, they ALWAYS forget something, take over 1.5 hours to deliver, have poor customer service, and when you call to check on your order because it says it was out of the oven and in "quality check" for over an hour they tell you they are packing it up right now...then they show up 35 mins later. We are one mile away from the store and it does not take 35 mins. I should say I am laid up with a broken right foot which is why I had it delivered. When I called the store the automated recording told me it was out for delivery although the app tracker said it wasn't. So I opted to talk to someone. Aliyah was her name and she told me her driver was packing it up and leaving at that moment. 35 mins later it still was not here and the tracker said it was still at the store.

We ordered from them all the time, and this experience was absolutely horrible. They canceled my order without letting me know after being late. Almost 2 hours got it redelivered the next day. They sent it on my back porch and 40° weather. It was cold in disgusting.

In the past i’ve had only good experiences with this Dominos, but today, that all changed. Dominos is going to hell under the new manager. I recommend that Crystal be hired back & Blake be demoted immediately.

Last 2 times I ordered from here the service was terrible! First time it took forever to deliver. Tonight they gave me to most thrown together pizza that I have ever seen. Even my 5year old didn't finish a slice.

I had a pizza delivered today and it was not all the way cooked. I called Domino's and advised them that it wasn't cooked properly they told me that if they remade it then it will still not be cooked all the way.I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager was busy, I asked can the mgr call me back and was told I need to contact their corporate office.The guy on the phone advised that in order for it to be cooked all they way they need to leave them in longer and all their deep dish pizza comes out that way. He also said that if I wanted another pizza it would be up to an hr and a half wait and that can't be expedited. DONT EAT HERE!!

2hr wait for a simple M pepperoni pizza, broken tv screens, dirty, inattentive employees that give out your order to others because they dont care about any order.Most likely runned by high schoolers that have zero customer service or awareness.No manager on site, multiple upset customers, website unresponsive.Im not one to turn into a Karen but when half of your order is ready and you are just waiting on a Medium Pepperoni Pizza and they give it to other people… you could find reasons to turn into a Karen.If you want to eat your food 2 hours after they said it was going to take 10-15 min, come here.

If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible experience. Ordered a delivery pizza and the app said 25 min. After about 20 min it sat in quality control for over 8 mins. After 45 mins we called 3 separate times and got hung up 3 times. I decided to go and check what was happening and the person helping at the counter couldn't figure out how to look up an order. After about 5 min a "manager" came over to help. She was able to find the pizza and "asked was your order, a timed order" when I told her no she said oh because your pizza is hot. When I got home it was cold. She brought it to me and I had to ask back for the delivery fee, she asked if I could go back the following day after the transaction was posted when. I refused, she voided everything and recharged me $18. But $27 for 1 pizzas and delivery fee no thanks. Employees here seem totally useless, I'm embarrassed for the franchisee.

Ordered two small (10") pizzas online around 5:30 pm. The app said 35-45 minutes for delivery. The pizzas were finished baking after 30 minutes and went into Quality Check . . . and our order sat and sat and sat. We live 5 minutes from the store. Our pizzas (over $32 for the two small pizzas plus tax, $5 delivery fee and driver tip) were barely warm when delivered at 6:35 pm. Man, the days of a piping hot pizza in 30 minutes are LONG gone! Never again will I allow you to treat me that way, Domino's!
