Most ridiculous Dominoes pizza I've ever went to!! If I can give ZERO stars I would. Walked in a establishment ran by full of teens without any good leadership. At the counter temporarily and the young bot didn't even want to acknowledge me, insisted on being on his phone. Manager was helpless, asked for paper plates non available. I then asked for Napkins none available. The store manager needs to get a grips of thus establishment, I'm surprised it's still functioning. I'll never return again...

Took 2 hours to receive our delivery pizzas today (if you can call them that).I called an hour+ into waiting and they claimed “the pizzas are already out for delivery.” When the pizzas finally got here they were severely burnt but COLD & completely inedible. This dominos used to be our favorite for a quick, affordable meal. What on earth has happened here??? I had to throw the entire order away today & now am having to deal with emailing customer support and trying to just get a refund and not a coupon for half off. *sigh*

I ordered a large ham and pineapple for pickup. Once the order tracker showed it was ready for pickup, I left my house to head to the store. When I arrived I was informed that my order was not ready and they just mark them as ready so corporate would think they were doing a good job. After 25 minutes waiting in the store, they finally gave us our order. We got home and this is the pizza we received. I called the store to have them remake it for an exchange. I was informed by Julius that he can’t remake my pizza right now and to call back at 8:30pm and ask for him and to remind him at that time he said he would make me another pizza. It’s currently 6:30pm. Am I seriously expected to wait for 2 hours for them to remake a single pizza they burnt to a crisp? I won’t be ordering from this location again any time soon.

11/2/23I ordered two medium pepperoni pizzas, but unfortunately, they arrived cold, and there were unexpected onion pieces? on them. To add to the disappointment, I ordered a molten cake, but received chicken wings instead. This experience was quite unpleasant, and I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their service

Ordered from this location again, only half the order showed up. When we called told it would be an hour and 1/2 to get the rest of order. Spoke to Jacob and asked if he thought that was reasonable since they just messed up the order, he said yes, we have other customers waiting....

Took over an hour to receive order,the tracker was on “quality check” for over 45 minutes (so pretty much out of the oven, just sitting there) pizza was missing cheese, sauce, buffalo wings had wrong dressing on them. I took my order back to Dominos, and got to see the store conditions and who works there; they can’t be serving healthy food! Will never eat Dominos again.

I ordered 15 pizzas and pasta for a birthday party for specific pick up time. When I arrived at that time only 3 were done. They did not seem to care we had a rented venue full of people waiting and a narrow window at the venue we could eat. They acted as if its just business as usual and i should not have expected it to be ready when I got there
Worst pizza i have ever had (including grocery store brand frozen pizza). No sauce, light cheese chokingly dry. Had enough pepperoni but very little black olives. The 14" is now 20% more expensive than they were before runaway inflation, but now getting a very poorly made pizza.The worst part is I have to drive past a Pizza Hut to get there and if I went the same distance in the opposite direction I could get Little Ceasars. They are back of my list.The counter person was friendly but the person making the pizzas looked like he really didn't care. How about some pride in what you are doing. Very sad.

This place is terrible, management and staff are in competent. I place an order online, wait 45min only for them to cancel it and say they don’t deliver to my address and ask that I do this all over again at another place. They didn’t return the tip I included in my total so they stole $10 from me and did absolutely nothing but make me wait. Terrible, avoid this place and the idiot staff. I show up and there’s dead roaches on the floor and the place smells rotten, immediately left! AVOID!!!!

Waited 1hour and 30 minutes. An after he told us the pizza basically wouldn’t be delivered for another 30 to 45 minutes we had no chose but to cancel the order because our kids needed to eat and go to bed with it being 10pm . In addition The guy who claimed to be the manager refused to give his fist name because he said he felt uncomfortable. Then Upon me asking for a discount for the next time I ordered a pizza he claimed they don’t give discounts .that said , this location is ran by kids whom provide a bad example of the dominoes brand . I will not be ordering from this establishment and highly recommend future customers don’t either until they improve their standards.

After 2 hipups on domines part ordering online I just drove to pick up at 717 Holland in Mansfield. Conner was extremely helpful and did a great job. I will only go to this location from now on. Thanks man.

I ordered carry-out online for this store. Again, it is my fault for giving this store another chance since they are the closest to my house. I got there, and the girl at the counter asked me for the order's name like three times. She returned and told me it was not ready yet, no problem; I got there too fast, I guess. Then I noticed that the girl was wearing earphones. She started making pizzas and forgot about me until another employee tried calling her attention, but she couldn't hear anything. Then she acted like the order was just out of the oven.When I got home, I noticed the same issue I always have with this store: They cut the pies with wooden knives, or they need to sharpen the ones they have. Every single slice of my pie was coming off in chunks and pieces—also, lots of bubbles and places in the middle with no cheese or pepperoni.Time to leave Domino's again and go back to the other competitors.?
