They SUCK! All the donuts were stale. I asked for Bavarian filled and got whip cream. The cinnamon donut was hard and smelled like old oil.

Went there to get donuts. Glazed looked like 2 wet donuts. Wet and no barely any glaze. Ordered a chocolate covered and got a donut with sprinkles. Lady did not tell me she did not have any. I was okay with it and took the one with sprinkles but hardly any chocolate on it. My mom told me to take them bake but did not want to drive back. Just threw them away. DUNKIN DONUTS QUALITY IS HORRIBLE. FIND THE LOCAL DONUT SHOPS FOR DONUTS. Look down in reviews at the picture of a dozen donuts. It sums it up.. check out the chocolate and wet glazed donuts

I don’t eat at Dunkin’ Donuts but for anyone that door dashes, I highly suggest you don’t pick up an order from this location. Today, 1/15 I had an order to pick up and I tell them who I was picking up the order for and they said the customer cancelled their order. They even said the customer CAME up to the store to cancel the order (like that makes any sense but ok). I called the customer to confirm and the customer in fact said they never cancelled their order, even said “why would I go up to the store to cancel if I ordered on DoorDash” ? see my exact thoughts. I just think the 3 people working here that night didn’t want to make the food which is lazy and bad business for this location. On top of that it doesn’t help when they were busy standing in the lobby eating Wingstop. For any door dashers I suggest you don’t waste your time picking up orders from this location.

Jose? RUDE! Jason? RUDE! Their communication skills are terrible. I feel bad for everyone that works there because all of the higher ups do not care about anyone or anything. They get mad at the employees for stuff that the store didn’t make sure to restock in. The ovens for like 2 weeks now, so they can’t make certain food. Customers are constantly having to call the doordash customers that dunkin cannot complete their order. It is so annoying. Management has way bigger problems to worry about than firing somebody for being on their phone. They need to worry about the gray hash browns that are getting sold to customers.

Yall need to get rid of Jose. He is the DM? Is that a joke ??? He is the WORST. he has no business being in customer service. Terrible attitude and he loves slamming that drive thru window. He looooves it.his co workers told me his name because they do not like him either. I know yall can’t keep employees for a long time. I’ve been going here for 8 years. So Jose needs to go. Trust me he’s no asset to the store. He makes them look bad and he’s on his phone talking away not working. Not being nice ! And that’s what his own team said to me. But I’ll be back with smile on my face for my morning coffee and I do not want Jose near me and my order.i will be calling corporate as well.

The hours read that they’re open at 3:30am. When I arrived at 3:45 the drive-thru sign read they were open but there was no one to take my order at the drive-thru. Omg the worst service ever. 2x I tried this place out. And both times I regretted it. 1st time it took soo long to get my food after I ordered. I think they lost my order. Both times I visited this location I walked in to order to go. It seems like they got a good flow of handling the cars drive through, but customers walking in seems to annoy them. I stood at the counter for a while before the lady finally told me that I can order through the kiosk. I took it as a rude tone as if she was annoyed that I was there to order. I couldn't figure out the kiosk. She never came back to me so I left. Horrible Horrible service.

5th time at location... don't get greeted but instead people stare at u while ur clearly waiting to be serviced...I've had to wait more than 3min each time until someone says "be right with u" or anything to acknowledge u...Too many bad experiences to express but some stand out... ordered TOASTED bagel with butter, and I was told butter comes on side... Cool, no problem. Got my food, bagel not toasted, was actually warmed "barely" and given a Fork to use instead of knife... when asked if they had a knife, I was told in a rude manner that's all they got!Napkin bin ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS empty...Guys have pants sagging and constantly pulling them up....I over hear people at drive thru even complain order is wrong... my coffee always tastes burnt... YES, ALL 5 TIMES... Like either the pot needs to be cleaned or they serving me day old coffee.... today was the last time... won't be back. Crazy I bypass other coffee shops for this one... never again!!No wonder ur google rating is 2.9

This was our first time trying DD and I will never try it again. We waited 20 minutes to get our food, the girl preparing our food said it was the "broke a**" oven, she and another staff were preparing orders without gloves on, and they appeared confused and lacked customer service. This was at 9:00 AM on Monday, November 27th at the Matlock location in Mansfield, TX.

The best inexpensive coffee in Mansfield. The young lady that waited on me was not friendly. I pretended I didn't notice. I kept being nice to her then she was more friendly. She was helpful in assisting me in choosing my drink. The table I sat at to wait for my coffee was dirty.
