Ordered online on the app. The store was closed. They told me the bakery was not available today and I could either wait for them to make the bagels or come back tomorrow for my food. Apparently there is no way to cancel my order in the store and I have to find a phone number on the app that isn't the store number to cancel. Dissatisfied all around. I normally love the food but I better off without it. Also, when I arrived I had to talk with them using the drive thru. When I called they answered the first time and then hung up. The second time they refused to answer. The third time someone else picked up, I assume the manager, and he told me the information above. If I could rate my experience a 0 I would.

Today I tried the cheddar turkey sausage breakfast sandwich on an onion bagel and it was sooooo yummy. Along with it I ordered the roasted turkey cheddar sandwich on a sesame bagel which I will have for lunch later. The eye opener that took me back to my childhood were the strudel I ordered. It took me back to my childhood so thank you. I highly recommend them. I would love to order them as a 6 pack if it ever becomes available. Thank you again for a wonderful breakfast and looking forward to my lunch this afternoon. Even though someone forgot to put my chips in the bag I still give you 5 stars. I'm looking forward to my next order.
First time trying, and I was not disappointed. Great coffee, and the brisket breakfast sandwich was really good. Lil pricey.. , but I guess that's what quality costs now.

Decided to try their brisket sandwich. Got two eggs on it. There is not a lot of brisket on it and the eggs overpowered it. I hardly tasted the brisket at all. I suggest one egg only. Also, the sandwich really lacked flavor. Even the chipotle sauce seemed lacking. I say this sandwich is a pass. Otherwise, service was friendly and food came out quickly. So I'll still be back.

This was not the service or food I remember. I recently ordered 13 bagels. 2 chocolate, 8 cinnamon , one plain, 2 Asiago. I was rushed at the window and received incredibly rude service. When I got home I opened up to see all raisin bagels . Use to love this place but their attention to detail and their customer service has went down badly. When I called to ask for a refund they don't even answer their phones.

The manager is always nice. Last time I was there a mean lady made the worker cry. The manager handled it very well.
I visited this location for the 1st time on Tuesday and I received the wrong bagel. I ordered the green chile bagel and received the jalepeno cheddar bagel. The lady at the register did greet me. I should’ve checked my purchase but I trusted thatbit was correct. Hopefully, future orders are double checked by the staff and I will remember to check as well.

I called to inquire about catering. The associate was courtesy and knowledgeable about my concerns. I was satisfied with the response and feel I made the right choice in selecting Einstein Bros. Bakery.

The food is great but I am tired of them not being able to scan the app on my phone without taking my phone from me. I would go there more often but it really bothers me that they can't move their scanner away from the register and scan my phone from the drive-thru window. I know, I'm a germaphobe, but c'mon, this is the 21st century and COVID times. But that's not my only reasoning. My phone case is also a wallet. I don't want to give a stranger my phone and wallet! So I guess I will go get my breakfast from Panera, Chick-fil-a, or a donut shop.
