I came in to order the shake I usually get from marble slab I had never been into the one in Mansfield until now and will not be returning. All the menu screens were off and they only had a little menu that didn’t even list all their items, for example there was only ice cream no shakes. I’m not sure if ownership has changed or supply costs have forced some decisions on how and when cookies are baked but the service is not the same and inventory is always low or won’t be available until the next day!!!

Highly disappointed with this location. First, it's not til after I've got 2x cups of Marble Slab ice-cream that you find out they don't participate in the Marble Slab rewards, only the American Cookie, so I can't earn points for the purchase of $20 (too expensive for what you get but hey as a treat I don't mind as long as I'm earning points).
