I walk in to restrant hoping to sandwich, but guy at counter was being very rude. Guy with man bun and mask not on mouth and when I ask for name he mumble out something like "road land" my English not very so i no know what he was saying very well but took very much to get sandwich and was not much pleased.

I can't remember the last time I wrote a review, but I'm frustrated enough I am going to write one today. I have gotten food at this location several times. The sandwiches are good and better than some of the competitors. But I get tired of the service. The last two times I've gone into this location, I'm not greeted and there's no thank you when you pay. It's just hand me the food and let me walk out without saying anything. If I were reviewing just the service, it would be one star. I've decided I'm not going back here. I will take my business where it is appreciated.

I had an issue with my Doordash order not being delivered. However, the manager was exceptionally helpful and resolved the problem efficiently despite their busy schedule, displaying patience and empathy.

Horrible customer service! My family and I visited this place last night and the two male employees were very rude. We walked in, stood at the counter and both guys were having a conversation (amongst themselves), looking at their Mobile phone and laughing and talking as if we weren’t there. We stood at the counter about 2 minutes, so after no acknowledgment, I decided to greet them instead, which one of them (probably manager in charge) refused to speak and walked in the back…very rude! Food was good but employees, very unprofessional!

I just called the store to let them know about this. The guy that answered just said that it was weird. Ordered a Philly cheesteak. Half the sandwich had already been eaten when this plastic was found inside. Not sure what it could be, obviously gross. Maybe just check your sandwiches! That’s a pretty big piece of some kind of plastic thing!

We stopped by this morning before baseball started. We were able to get in and get out! The staff was friendly and worked efficiently. We ordered a Turkey and Provolone made to order. The bread was fresh and soft and the ingredients were fresh. Will definitely return to this location.
Always an easy quick go to for my family - love the Philly 's there . Great value too

I came to this establishment the other night and I was highly taken back and disappointed. I should have walked out but I realize people can also have bad days but it just continued. I wasn't greeted but I was stared at by a employee, was right in front of me and still nothing. Finally another two workers came out of the back and one said "what do you want"? I corrected him twice on my order and he still did it wrong. Both sandwhiches I received were wrong and the bread was so hard on the one sandwhich that it had to be thrown away but yet I got charged for the correct sandwhiches so I ended up paying more then I should have for what I received. I have always enjoyed a Jersey mikes sub and this location and/or shift that was in highly disappointed me. Even a nice hello would've been sufficient.

This location has a male with long curly red hair that when he works the grill does not wear a hair net or even bother to pull his hair back into a ponytail.
