Not sure who they are hiring but the kids are clueless most of the time..Dont know the products, poorly dressed, curt at time..No welcome, thank you or please..Not my first choice at all....Food is mediocre another subway spin off..Three stars is generous..

9/20 at 11:30am. Staff operating the drive-thru was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, and definitely not customer driven. I understand good help may be difficult to find these days, however this particular employee should be trained better. I actually left the drive-thru lane without picking up my order, due to the lack of customer service.

On June 27, 2023, between 2:50pm - 3:05pm, went to this Jimmy John's and ordered a #16 through the drive-thru. I made a few small modification to my sandwich, but the employee taking the order stopped me during the order. I assumed she did it to make sure she got all the details right. I told her the order again clearly. Once I got the sandwich, not only was the sandwich on the wrong type of bread, it was missing several of the toppings I clearly asked for. I tried to wave down the employee and honked my horn to get her attention, but no one was paying attention. I sat in the empty drive-thru line for 5-10 mins. I drove back through the drive-thru and let them know the order was wrong. The employee told me to pull up to the window. Another customer was in front of me so I waited until customer left the drive-thru. Once I got to the window, no one came to assist me. I waited a few more minutes and grew irritated from the lack of service. So, I went inside, explained what happened, and asked for my money back. The employee began to make another sandwich and I explained to her again that I no longer wanted the sandwich and to refund my money. I finally got my refund and returned the incorrect sandwich. This experience proved to me that those employees are not attentive to the customers and are unaware of their surroundings. Furthermore, the management on duty lack the ability to make sure the business is running smoothly. After this experience, I am not sure if I will patronize this establishment again. I went a mile down the road to a Jersey Mike on the same street. I was served within seconds and my order was correct on the first time.

Jimmy Johns makes wonderful bread all day (they toss it after a couple ofvhours) and their staff is extra friendly. Their selection of ingredients for their sandwiches is top notch but don't hesitate to customize. Meat selection is very lean and generous. Wait time is extremely short. Not much ambiance inside, but who cares. If you like Roast beef, try #10. Italian meats, try #9.

I pretty much always make the same order: Italian Night Club, no tomatoes, light mayo, extra everything else, and extra Jimmy peppers. Sometimes they get it, sometimes not so much, but it’s never bad. Today, however, this location absolutely knocked it out of the park. This was by far the best Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had.

I ordered the number 11 with no tomatoes or lettuce. A six inch, meat, cheese and mayonnaise sandwich and a bag of chips. 11 bucks!! Pretty sure I won't be coming here for lunch again. When it comes to spending 11 bucks on a drive-thru sandwich I can think of a few other places close by that I'd get a lot more meal for my money. Over made up inflation!!

I chose to stop here instead of subway and I definitely regret my decision. I ordered the Turkey sandwhich and rushed home because my lunch is only 30 mins .. something told me to just order from subway. I spent 7.00 and some change on a thin mayonnaise sandwhich ! I bought myself and my daughter a sandwhich hers was a veggie and looks just as bad! Smh I think these fast food places prices are going up but good is less and sloppy! I paid 19.00 for two sandwhiches that look like this! I don't blame them I blame me for not following my first mind and going to subway. This happened to me before here a couple of years ago and I never went back and now I remember why! I am going to need these places to step up their game when it comes to preparing people's food . We spend our good hard earned money and get THIS! Again not upset with anyone but myself! Do yourself a favor and just visit subway or firehouse because this isn't it! Anywho.. my vent is over on the sandwhich lol ! I should have just made me a sandwhich at home for this !
