If I could give 0 stars I would THE GM & other managers are very rude to customers and employees I heard them cursing at an employee and being very aggressive with this employee as well. This place needs new management immediately!!!! I don’t know if this is a corporate location or franchise but speaking to employees in that manner is distasteful and unacceptable. Will never be back will never refer anyone else. This will be trending on social media about the managers behavior.

****Not pleased when KFC charges you without asking if you would like to donate to the KFC Foundation*****I Googled to see what this charge was. KFC site doesn't mention a charge will be automatically added when making any individual or, regular purchases from KFC. If you look at my receipt it says $6.00 Donation and, an additional $.47 KFC Foundation. I ordered two BlackBerry Lemonades $2.50 each. The Lady Manager states "Because, you purchased individual items (BlackBerry Lemonades) that's how our system rings it up. She also stated KFC has been doing this for years. No Ma'am your absolutely lying and, stealing from customers. The very next day I went to a different location (Absolutely No Donation or KFC Foundation extra charge). Check your receipts at this location. I don't care if it's a penny to a dime it's still mine. I don't mind donating when you ask me but, that young man Never mentioned a KFC Foundation charge and, never asked me would I like to Donate to the KFC Foundation. I will not be returning. KFC are you seriously struggling and, that hard up to steal $1.47 from customers?

The service is very good. Food is good as well and I haven't had any issues other than one time a month ago when they had not packed gravy correctly and when I got home it was all in my bag instead of the container. I called the store customer service to reorder for pickup the replacement instead I was told they had to open a case and the manager would call back, but they never called. But the food is good here and the service too, so not worth the spilled gravy. Overall, I'd rather go here than the one on Cooper Street.

The lady who was working the drive thru was disrespectful and rude. We had accidentally ordered at the wrong location (which happened to be a different state, but the store had a similar address), and she just cut us off and said we needed to go to that store. Once I figured out how to get my money back, I replaced the order at the correct store. When we went to the speaker to get the order, she snapped about the fact that it had just been placed and it wasn't ready yet. Asked what kind of car we had and had us pull around to the front to bring it out. She then turned to her coworker to complain that we had just placed the order and was already asking to pick it up. We were on our lunch break and only had a limited amount of time to get our food and eat it. Had she paid attention to the conversation prior, she would know that we still planned to use their location.Then, to top all of that off, the food was bland and had no flavors. It made me gag trying to eat it.

Pablo has Outstanding Customer Service. Picked up some hottest and delicious pot pies and 8 PC spicy chicken. Food was hot and tasty. I don't give 5 stars but Pablo has a great attitude and all around knows his job. I will return and so should you. Bravo

I decided to get KFC today because I really didn't want to cook. The girl took my order as she was taking my order someone walked in who I didn't look at because I wanted my order correct. I instantly smelled Marijuana and I got an instant headache. The girl taking my order gave him a cup then he got a drink he went to the back in the dining room to sit down. He was Hispanic and worked there the other worker from behind the counter pointed his finger up to the sky and the guy said yes... smh indicating that he was high he was so high omg I like kfc but now I have to find another one. The worker should figure out how to get all his rotten teeth fixed he shouldn't have been allowed to work smelling that loud. I get horrible headaches from smelling Marijuana so now I have to take something to get rid of this horrible headache. Thanks for being considered of customers who actually like kfc.

Lady was super rude and sarcastic over the drive through speaker and was nowhere to be seen at thw window. I guess i would have an attitude and hide for $12 an hour too.

Went through the drive very rude. When the customer says thank you, you should say Your welcome not um and walk away.
