Dont order delivery from this place. You pay a delivery fee and you tip a driver. Just to have to go up there and pick up food they forgot to pack. Then go home and reheat the food they did remember. Just a here you go. The front desk girl said sorry, but honestly in today's economy don't waste my money and time.

We ordered this on Door Dash. It was our first time eating La Gondola.. I’d say the food was more like a 3.5… pretty good.. you get a good amount. It was package well and hot. I had the lasagna bolognese and I thought it was tasty, but a bit greasy.. the Cesar salad had too much dressing and was wilty and tasted a bit like dill pickles.. the bread was flat.. too much butter and and chewy.. more like store bought. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs and thought the meatballs tasted a bit weird. He liked the lentil soup. The tiaramisu was ok.. actually better the next day. And so the hunt continues for a really good Italian restaurant..

Restaurant allowed guest to smoke cigarettes next to me and my 2 young sons under 5. My husband asked management to handle and they refused so we had to leave ourselves. We wasted a $200+ (this place isnt cheap) dinner that was just brought out due to not wanting to sit in a bar scene with our children. Spoke to assistant manager about our issue on phone and in person. She assured me general manager would call to handle. I've given plenty of time- 3 weeks. Very unhappy. Cannot recommend this establishment any longer. We were flabbergasted that they allowed the smoker to sit there next to two young children at a non smoking establishment and then allowed us to pay $200 for a dinner we couldn't consume. Seriously?! Our only request was to remove smokers who came over after we sat down and started lighting up. I guess they wanted their lifetime business more than my family's. Problem is, we've been going to this restaurant since it was Italian Villa at a different location. We have always enjoyed it and are pretty disappointed in the whole situation and how little they cared.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not. They allow smokers to sit there and smoke around your kids. Do not take them here.

It’s really nice in here. Perfect for a date night, Avery my waitress was sweet, and my cocktail was good. But the food was just okay. Kind of bland…

The food is amazing. Service was prompt. The pricing is a little much for the atmosphere. They could definitely update the decor to be higher end since the prices are.

First & last visit here.To start off me, my husband & daughter walked in at 745, we were sat immediately, even with the hesitation that we did not have reservations.Waited over 10 minutes for server to come so we could order. Order was in by 8pm, at this point the restaurant was over half empty and all but the 2 tables sat after us had their food. A table of 6 was sat after us and had their food before ours. At 845 the server stopped by to say our food would be out shortly, to which I asked if they were making fresh pasta back there and he chuckled and said no. I then didn't see him again until our food came out. And then didn't see him again until we were done and asked if we wanted desert. On this Friday night it was very, actually extremely loud. There was a guy playing live music, I personally saw 3 different instruments. It would have been amazing if the volume was about half of what it was. My husband couldn't hear my 9 year old across the table. The croud was ALL older. Easily 55+. And so were all the other servers I saw except ours. For fettuccine chicken Alfredo it was $20 bucks. The Alfredo sauce was veery liquidy. I had to completely turn over my entire bowl just to get sauce on each bite. Extremely minimal chicken, maybe 5 strips... for $4 !?! I hate to say it.. Olive garden is cheaper and tastes so much better! My husband got the zucchini soup and I nearly spit my half out.. there was o taste of any vegetable, but pure cream. I was actually to sweet to be a soup, creamy, absolutely, but flavorless. My daughter had the kids cheese ravioli... and it came with T H R E E ravioli. No sides, no desert, just 3 ravioli for $8 dollars ! I was speechless... she had to eat some of mine to get full. The nail in the coffin was when I was upcharged for 2 items and NOT told about it ahead of time when ordering. If there will be an additional charge of ANY amount, EVERY single business needs to let the customer know ahead of time, so they can decide if they would like to order something else.

From the moment we entered the restaurant we knew we were in for a special meal. The hostess was very friendly and seated us immediately. Micky was remarkable! His knowledge of the food was impeccable! His recommendations were spot on! His service was the best we’ve experienced dining out in years. He alone has solidified us as permanent customers and friends! You treated us like family! We can’t wait to return! Thank you very much! Pam loved the Sea Bass!Richard and Pam Cook

trey great

We were having a nice dinner on the patio with our children until a couple of ladies from the bar decided to come smoke next to our kids. I asked the staff and they said someone removed the no smoking sign and refused to ask them to move. Our food had just arrived so we had to get it to go and spilled our drink in the food so it was ruined and we didn't eat. The bill was $100 and we still had to go eat fast food after. We were told GM was going to call but still haven't heard anything so please be aware of this place and the lack of respect towards children and families.

Me and my wife went to the restaurant with reservations. We where there 30 min early .. everything was good we order wine and calamari.. 10 min later food on the table everything was smooth,, until 1hr and 30 min later we still not getting our food ., so I went to talked to the manager she apologized and give me excuses but she said the food will be ready in 5 min …another 20 min pass and food is not on the table….so she went and seat on the chair saying she will take care of the bill because the inconvenience 30 min later the manager and the waitress come to the table with the food finally .. so we where eating and I order salmon .. when I star eating the salmon was raw not cooked. I went to tell the manager and she asked me If I wanted something else like pasta .. I was very frustrated and disappointed it’s now 9:30 already so we ordered desert and the manager brought me a bill to pay for the wine, the appetizer and one of the desserts .. that really was unbelievable… so I will not recommend this place and Also make sure you food is cook all the way…
