This place is really rude and dirty. I ordered a pizza online, when I walk in I see a trash can by the front door FULL with trash(food waste) the tall black guy with the earring is absolutely rude and needs to be trained better. The drive thru tarps on the building are literally falling and tearing due to weathering. It seems like the company doesn’t care about this store. My pizza was wrong BTW as well. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and got a burnt up old cheese pizza and they refused to replace it. No wonder why the whole neighborhood told me to go to Marcos instead of there -10 out of 10 would not recommend my worst enemy to this sorry excuse of an establishment

i just moved here for 3 weeks and it takes only 8 minutes walk from my house to get this pizza place. it was a good pizza especially the thin one, and yeah everything’s fine!i waited for only 15 minutes, not a big deal, i ordered an ice cream beside (paleteria) while waiting and surprisingly it was good too! perfect combination

The service here is terrible. Poorly organized and understaffed. Workers not dressed in uniforms. Poor communication. I ordered the crazy puffs and they told me it would take 7-10 mins. After 30 mins of waiting, I needed to leave and asked for a refund. Magically they had them ready, but probably just took them from someone else’s order because they had been sitting on the countertop with other pizzas for a while. They also were lukewarm when I received them. The bites were pretty decent, but this location needs better management.

I want to hear through the drive-thru and ordered four pizzas. I was in my PJs because I ordered four pizzas through a drive-thru. The employee told me to park out front. I did. I waited 20 minutes for four pizzas. I thought I'll tip this girl $5 because she's going to have to bring it out to my car. She waved at me through the door and said your pizza is ready. I went back to the drive-thru to pick them up. When I got there she told me that they don't do big deliveries through the drive-thru. It's a drive-thru. I said well I was going to tip you $5 for helping me out. She was so rude. But she took the money. I will never go back to this location again. They are so rude and unprofessional.

This place is really bad, I've tried it a few times. The last time I ordered pizzas online & pay for it, Then go up there to pick it up & the guy inside says they close at 8pm. Pizza sucks, service sucks... The place is filthy. I changed to the one on Broad St. Much better.
I just left this place. the gentleman and the drive through came to the window and asked to take my order. I asked for 2 hot and ready pizzas. he told me that it would be 25 minutes? I asked for hot already pizzas? He replied yes. . since when do hot and ready pizzas Take 25 minutes to prepare. and is that hot and ready. I pulled out of the drive through. shabby customer service also too. The gentleman didn't even seem concerned that it would take 25 minutes for a hot and ready pizza.

I don't always complain but wow. When I pulled up I guess I interfered with his break. Went inside and before I could say anything he let me know it was gona be 30 mins before anything could be ready. I could tell we were bothering him by pulling up.

Called the listed phone number, spoke with someone who told me to call the store which I thought I was doing. Called back, the voice prompt just kept looping....I will never go here again.
