We were visiting for the eclipse. This was the best Mexican food we had ever had. The carnitas and roasted pork dishes were divine.
It's the old Mexican Inn. Not sure why the name changed, but the food and service is still as good as it ever was.

The service was extremely disappointing. It took forever to get anything. By the time our food arrived, it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. It wasn't hot anymore, just slightly warm. It took so long for them to come pick up the check. We just walked to the bar with our check to try and pay.

The lemonade is like very sweet and delicious. I drink no less than 4 cups each visit. The shrimp enchiladas and double rice with queso ontop is just everything. Definitely can tell the food is made fresh.

Upon arrival, the wait was short compared to how busy it was. The time it took to get our drink and appetizers was really quick! Refill offers kept coming from a waitress that was friendly and attentive. The main courses were hot, tasty, and delicious! Love this place!
Possibly the very best beef fajitas I've ever eaten. Out waiter was phenomenal also. Sat outside and enjoyed the wonderful weather
