This is my favorite location because they have a drive thru!! I tried something new today and was not let down! The 1/2 Lemonade 1/2 Sweet Tea is good,but I added the black cherry puree & it's soo good!! I got the choose 2 & tried the grilled chicken Ceasar wrap, 10/10 recommend!! The Ultimate Nachos with chili was delicious! The chili itself was a 7/10 due to tomatoes, I'm picky, lol. Also had to try the Mardi Gras cookie.? I'm definitely trying something else new next time!

Ordered a pick two and asked for a Cuban sandwich and was given a Cornbeef sandwich instead. My husband had an appt to get to so we didn’t have time to wait for another sandwich so I didn’t say anything but when my husband told her when he was refilling his teashe just stared at him and didn’t offer any compensation.

I have been to a bunch of McAlisters. This place is the worst one I have ever gone to. Although the interior is new and nice, they were slow to make the subpar food, got the order wrong, and service was terrible. They messed up my wife's BLTA. By forgetting to add the avocado and then decided to never bring it out to her. Even after she told them they forgot it. They dumped our food off at our table and gave us no silverware to eat with. I had to go ask at the front for it, and to top it all off, my sandwich was cold, and the potato was clearly nuked. Since it was hard on one side and unevenly heated. There's nothing like a badly microwaved potato to tell you that the food is going to be subpar at best. Nedless to say, I will not be back to this McAllisters location again. Skip it and save yourself the hassle.

We ordered through Uber eats. We were super excited to see that they’re serving auntie Ann’s pretzels as they are my daughter’s favorite. What was delivered was absolutely disgusting. The hot dogs were hard and dry and the outside dough looked fried in oil but at the same time still raw? They were inedible. I ordered half a chicken salad sandwich and it was 90% bread. For the cost we were so disappointed. The highlands location is great.

The staff was the epitome of customer service tonight. I made an error when ordering and chose the wrong location overtures of this one. When I went to pick up the order, not only did they NOT make me feel ignorant or guilty for choosing the wrong place, they went beyond by replacing my order (without having me pay again), gave me a couple of cookies because of the long wait, and topped off my drink. I know, big deal. But those little acts made a big impact on my day and my daughter, who got to witness the gracious exchange.All in all, what could have been a rather annoying ordeal was made all better by the patience, understanding, and help of the staff.

Restaurant at this location is Hot in the summer, cold in the winter. I eat at this location and others quite often. And one thing I've noticed is that it seems like they always forget to ask you If you are a member or part of the rewards. And if you ask them to add it to your rewards, I have been told more often than not, that it is not working and to just take the receipt and add it later. So when you go to the app to add your points it seems to never work. I guess they shut it off so they don't have to offer the points to those who are trying to reward themselves by returning to your business. I'll also say that I personally think that they need to have some sort of discount for seniors. Might even be nice to get a free lemonade or tea. The food is consistently good and the people are always very nice.

Order here pretty frequently and rarely have issues. I bought a spicy turkey melt, and even though that's what the box said, that's definitely not what I got. It had the thickest slices of cucumber and tons of olives on it (more olives than meat -like someone dumped a filled container on it). I called the restaurant back when I got to work and they said they would look into getting me a refund but I haven't seen anything yet. Holding out hope but not hopeful.

Paid for a bowl of vegetable soup and got nothing but soup. When I called to speak with the manager Stephanie she gave me an excuse saying the vegetables were at the bottom of the pot. That doesn’t mean a thing to a customer who y’all served all juice. She gave a poor excuse for her staff. Check your food before you leave unfortunately even soup.

I order from this location at least 3-4 times a week. I placed an order inside at the counter and my whole order was made incorrectly. I called and spoke with a “manager “ Alexa and was offered a “free dessert” and “I’ll talk to my staff”My order was incorrect a time prior, but the manager at that time fairly compensated me for the inconvenience of driving 30 minutes home and 30 minutes back for my replacement order.This location is by far the worst.DO NOT eat or order here around lunchtime, you’ll spend at least 20 minutes waiting on your food. I understand human error, but the consistent errors, slow service, and dirty facility are the reasons for this review and to no longer dine here.
