I don’t know why I even came here again, last time I came the pizza was amazing but the second time coming… OMG this is what pizza is about now?? It’s sad in there. Whole restaurant is dirty. The staff had hair everywhere, no gloves, touching heads, their hair, touching their face every minute, THEN TOUCHING THE CHEESE GOING ON MY PIZZA…. Yeah I’m ok. I’m never stepping foot in this pizza place again. Like I wanted to throw up.. I told the guy I’m good, and he threw out the pizza dough and everyone gave me dirty looks. I really don’t care. Yall need to change it up quick, cause I don’t see this restaurant lasting another 6 months. The staff need to be RE TRAINED!!! Get food handlers license in order cause why are you touching your face, then the cheese going on my pizza????

Let's get this straight right up front. The pizza is very good. The ingredients were fresh, and the pizza ? was tasty. What I didn't care for were the teens in the back making the pizza. They were horsing around, and that shouldn't be done when preparing food for others. I was watching like a hawk to make sure that the people who prepared my pizza wore gloves. Several other people back in the kitchen weren't wearing any. Order in person and watch would be my advice at this location.

Ok so I was born in Missouri and there were lots of mod pizzas there and they were faboulus at least 4 stars on everything but I noticed mod pizzas down here in Texas in pretty bad at every location like the employees look like there haveing fun but they are so slow mod says they are super fast and they are in Missouri. It was so slow like snail pase moveing and pretty bad overall I would not waste my money here instead go to mister O1 extraordinary pizza it’s much cheaper in this place if you really want to look at this place in my other review about it

First time visiting. Pizza was great! I ate half of it before I remembered to take a picture. The young lady who was making my pizza yesterday afternoon was nice and patient with me. She exhibited excellent customer service. I would give an higher rating for the atmosphere. The dirty tables, overflowing trash, and lack of tidiness in the kitchen area definitely need improvement. The person folding pizza boxes could have quickly wiped tables, put out trash and continued folding pizza boxes. Unfortunately, I needed to use their dirty restroom.

Brought the family to Mods today 5pm. They only had gluten free and cauliflower crust. No lids for the cups. No sweet tea. The restaurant is a total wreck. Something needs to be fixed apparently.

I've been a regular for many years. This place is declining. The management is laughable and under par.Staffs use faulty language and are extremely rude.The environment is not clean at all.Sadly, most of the restaurants in this City are declining. It's time to move.

Stopped here on a road trip to get some dinner. Been to MOD many times before. The guys making the pizza/salad were extremely slow and did not know what they were doing. Line was out the door, took 30minutes to get our food from walking in. I had to explain to the guy how the salad was made usually. Took the guy about 4-5 minutes just to make the pizza to send to the oven. Luckily the food came out good still. Need to retrain the employees at this location.

Arrived after estimated pick up without even starting on it with a empty store required basil on the side got it in a little cup on top of the of a pizza like it was a joke the pizza is 90% dough and 10% topping the store is run by children and they need help.

Went to the store today for lunch and it was closed. Posted store hours say it open at 10:30 AM. However, at 11:15 AM the store was closed and doors were locked. No sign was posted on the door. I called the store number three times to try to figure out if they were going to be open and the first two times I was hung up on. The third time when I finally got through to someone, they were extremely rude and informed me that the store was closed as they did not have staff to open. I told them they should put a sign on the door to let people know that as many customers went up to the door to try to come in for lunch to find out the door was locked and walked away. I got a very rude response from the employee saying that they were not allowed to do that. I then asked for a manager and was told there was not one on site. I said I would call back later and would like to speak to a manager. What is the name of a manager I could speak to was told for safety reasons they were not allowed to give out the managers name. This is ridiculous if your store is not gonna be open for whatever reason or or another, have the decency to put a sign on the door so people coming in we know the stores closed .
