Literally THE BEST pizza! I’m picky and this is the only take out/ delivery pizza I will even consider eating because it’s just so good. The crust is SO tasty and the cheese and sauce have the BEST flavor. I like to get the garlic butter tasty crust on all my pizzas for added flavor and don’t forget to get a garlic sauce cup to dip your pizza in if you like garlicky buttery goodness!Everyone in our home looks forward to Mr. Jim’s pizza night because it’s the ultimate comfort food that hits the spot EVERY time!
First time ordering, loved the pizza and crust. Delivery driver was the sweetest. Will surely order more often!Vegetarian options: Great to have plenty of veggie toppings available!

DO NOT ORDER HERE! They forgot my 2 liter soda. The driver could care less and told me to call the shop so I did. They said someone will bring it out. To make a long story short, 2.5 hrs later, and 3 follow up phone calls, I was told that nobody would bring my soda out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Love Mr. Jims! My go to pizza place ALWAYS! My review is based on customer service. Not sure of the name of the young lady but she is always there every time I come. She is the only person that makes a big fuss about providing Parmesan and crushed red pepper. Today, I went to pick up my order and asked for some on the side. She made a comment that she will do this “just this one time” not sure what that means.. If I order online and still ask for it in store, she will aggressively say “everything is packaged as ordered online”There’s other ways she can communicate this. Don’t think she likes her job very much. Never seem to catch her on a good day. I’ve dealt with other people and have had zero issues. I’m confused. Is Parmesan and crushed red pepper extra $$??

I was a fan until today. I'm not sure if they have new people or what. It was good enough to make a t**d tomorrow. $68 for 4 medium, cold pizzas, lacking in toppings. There are too many pizza joints with too many great deals to settle for expensive junk. Get it together, Mr. Jims.
The pizza fucking melted through my plate.The pizza was very greasy and flavorless. My sister also had a heart attack.

Ben here a plethora of times and the pizza is always Luke warm. We always ask for extra sauce and it's always the exact opposite... we only come here because the price is good and they have a quick drive thru service... when another option is available I won't be coming here anymore this specific location gives Mr Jims. Bad reputation

If I can rate 0 I would! BEWARE! If you order from this location make sure your order is RIGHT. Because we ordered and it was wrong and instead of the store manager fixing it we were put on NO service NO delivery list! Just like that! Worse customer service ever! Im not even mad there are plenty of better pizza places around! Just speaking from a buiseness point of view you should take a better care of your customers instead of just placing them on no service list and then being rude about it! The audacity though lol!

Love the pizza, but using Door Dash when I place an order on the Mr. Jim's website is horrible. Door Dash takes way too long to deliver, and the food is cold when it arrives. It was better when Mr. Jim's delivered their own pizza instead of relying on Door Dash. If I wanted delivery from Door Dash, I would have ordered through Door Dash!!! Come on Mr. Jim's, you're better than this.
