We ordered 3 plates and an 2 egg rolls we asked the lady for our cookies because honestly that’s my favorite part about this place but the lady starred at us and didn’t speak a word and she just walked away she could of just told us they didn’t have any customer service here is rude.. Portions are skimmed… They didn’t give us sauce either

Arrived at 11 am, the place was not open yet. Have had this experience a lot at this location. Food is not good. Went to the location on Debbie Lane, it was much better and open. Food was great there. Will not be going to this location anymore.

The employees working at this location are pure TRASH. I ordered a Kung pao chicken and my portion was EXTREMELY SMALL that I had to go back and demand more or my refund! 3-4 SMALL pieces of chicken and barely any veggies with my rice bowl with nothing but mostly rice???? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???!!!!! They are paid hourly so there is absolutely no reason to be stingy on the food!!! I came in at 6:30pm and they were SO LAZY that they couldn’t make more!!!! YALL ARE DOING NOTHING!!!!!!They close at freaking 10pm for gods sake!!!!! They need to stop being so god damn lazy and DO YOUR JOB or stay home and be a bum!!!! Mansfield panda is the laziest bunch I’ve ever encountered in my life!!!!

Sometimes we drive pass the other panda express on Debbie lane ( that is closer to us ) just because the customer service from Mrs Lydia is worth it . I hope upper management appreciate the gem they

All of the food was fresh and I saw they made sure it was temp. Lidia was super nice to everyone and gave the best customer service I've had in a long time. Overall a comfortable environment and Lidia deserves a raise or promotion.

They aren't even trying anymore....My family and I walked in and all we saw were dirty entree bowls that were all empty besides the sauce crusting on the metal from sitting there so long. I asked the staff where all the food was and the employee said "....... I mean........ we can make whatever but it's gonna take 10-15 minutes.....". Seriously? So, we walked out. We will 100% never step foot back into that location ever again. We'll just stick with chick fila.
