I'm vegetarian. Ordered the green goddess caprese sandwich. It's the only vegetarian sandwich on the menu. Sandwich was drowning in dressing and hardly any lettuce which should have been my first hint. But halfway through eating it I realized I had been eating chicken. Horrible experience. It had the label on it for my vegetarian sandwich. That was what was on my receipt. So angry they added chicken. I will never trust them again.Vegetarian options: Do not go.

I hate that you have to ask for a cup for SipClub now. That said, the guy here was nice but it was being ignored. The good ones have the cups waiting and ready with the receipt.However, every single drink on the fountain, despite being bubbly and fizzy, was nasty. It was pure sugar and no carbonation when drinking it. What a waste of a stop. I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it or that could have improved it, but overall very disappointed. I don't understand how these stores don't check and verify their drinks are good at least at the start of every day (I was there within an hour of opening).

Kinda disappointed.Panera is too expensive to have this kind of service.Food is decent but stillI know not to come here for broccoli cheddar soup. I’ve tried 3 times and each time they say they are out. It’s kinda disappointing. I love their strawberry charged lemonade however I don’t think one item will keep me coming back.

My Grandson insisted I eat healthy. Subway or Panera Bread he said. Drive up to the drive thru and this happy spirit person takes my order, and ask me if I did whatever/rewards. I told him I had the app at one point, he asked my phone number. Lord knows I’ve had a few. Well none worked that I could remember. Keyshaun took the time he made me welcome to Panera, took my order, and explained rewards. While he was working with my order I downloaded the app. I wasn’t getting it right it had so many options. Well Keyshaun said, after I take your payment. lol! I can show you possibly. Well I’m in between routes, and I told him I was going to parked and eat here in my car. I’d come back through if y’all are not busy. It took him a minute to finish what I started.Keyshawn worked the drive thru this day of my visit. I’ll be coming back!He went the extra mile for the company, the owner, and for himself. All this keeps him with a job, and keeps the customers coming back.Please show he and others that you all appreciate he and others for going the extra mile. Perhaps a raise!???❤️
