My boyfriend and I ordered one large pizza. The estimated time was 30-45 minutes. Here it is over an hour later and we still don’t have the pizza. I called the store and the guy answered and immediately says “we’re not taking over the phone orders” I was just kind of like….okay???? No “thanks for calling Pizza Hut, I do apologize but we’re not taking over the phone orders right now” or something would have been better than the way the phone was answered. I’m pretty sure they forgot our food at the store or lost the ticket or something because the pizza wasn’t even “out” for delivery until I called.

I have not seen Ah roach In over 8 years.This is how I am positive that this insect came from the Pizza Hut on Matlock. I was warned that the store was nasty/pizza they make.Whyyyyy was there a roach crawling on my pizza !!!I had already ate some!I am traumatized not only from eating a pizza that had ah roach crawling around on it but now I can’t find the roach. I’m so upsetthat I have to get pest control to come out all from ordering Ah pizza this is unacceptable.

Worst experience!! We ordered our food to be delivered with a wait time of 40 minutes. I followed the order through the Pizza Hut app and the delivery was delayed 30 minutes according to the app. Our food was never delivered! After calling and waiting on hold for 20 minutes they offered to remake our order. We ordered at 5:10 and at 6:50 we cancelled our order and had sandwiches for dinner.

The employees are friendly, but the product coming out of this restaurant is not up to Pizza Hut standards. They are too skimpy.
They have younger cashiers he is very rude . And he tried to make me mad and left with out pizza the manager the need to take care of that .

Worst experience I ever had ordering a $27 pizza. My pizza was delivered burnt and out of place as if someone dropped it on the floor. The box was partially open and the driver had the nerve to leave it at my door step. Well when I went to the store to bring them the horrible pizza the assistant manager Jacly said I will be refunded. She states she is not able to give me a refund receipt so I asked her to write a letter and sign it so that I would have proof I was getting a full refund. Well the letter stated that if my funds were not in my account by today, call and speak with the manager Marie. When I called and asked for Marie today someone said she was busy and she forgot to refund me the money. I’m like how do you just forget to give a person money back. The person on phone said Marie couldn’t come to the phone and asked for my card number. I would not just give my card number over the phone to first off people that I can’t even trust to give me my refund. It was so bad and I order from here all of the time. I will make it a priority to never order from this Pizza Hut again .

This post is specifically for MARIE! Marie makes you feel like you’re family as soon as you walk in the door and it’s rare that you come to a place like this and get southern hospitality. My food was great and I spoke with her brief about an issue I had with a previous order and she explained to me the reason it happened and apologized. Hey BOSS MAN/LADY give this woman a raise because she is going to pull people in with her character. I’ll be back!!!! People always say if they could give 0 stars they would well in this case if I can give 10 I would. Come on people let’s start a trend with positive vibes instead of negative .?

It took over an hour and a half for the delivery of my then cold pizza. The delivery driver was friendly, kind and apologetic but I have never waited that long for a pizza delivery in my life. Never again.
