The pizza was excellent, but I didn't like the way the lady behind the counter slammed the top of my pizza box after she showed me my pizza. I don't know if she was having a bad day or something.

Absolutely horrid experience. I ordered through the app, was told my order would be delivered at 7:08 but it wasn’t delivered until almost 7:40. I ordered a single pizza and tipped the driver; not to mention I only live 4min away from this particular location. By the time my one pizza got here it was cold and obviously burned, and I can’t tell which was worse. Tried reaching out to the store to figure out where my delivery was and as soon as they answered I was transferred and wasn’t even told where the call was going to be transferred. I even tried to contact customer service through the app and it crashed four times. Maybe it was just my luck or Pizza Hut just sucks. I’ll stick to ordering on DoorDash from mom and pop shops.

Fixing What I Have
Great customer service, but they are so busy but understaffed.Update, gave them another try. Curbside pickup, got there 5 minutes after the complete time window, called the number. Waited 20 minutes, nothing. Went inside and my pizza had been sitting in the waiting oven the whole time. Why have curbside pickup if you can't staff the place?

It took an hour to deliver my pizza from less than a 15 minute drive and the driver couldn't follow directions. Never ordering here again...don't waste your time folks.

Went today, 1/6/24, to place an order at approximately 10:15 am (this states they open at 10:00am), and the door was still locked, not open. 2nd time I didn't get to order. Other time was over the phone, placed on hold for 20 min. I didn't wait any longer, called another pizza joint, and got great service and excellent pizza in less time than I waited on the phone. Reading the reviews, I'm uncertain how this place is even still operating.

This the pizza hut to get pizza from. They always make sure your order is right and they make sure it's fresh and hot.
Do not order from this pizza hut! It is the absolute worst in service! I ordered delivery, never arrived, arrived to pick up, the manager never came out to speak to me.. order incorrect. Go somewhere that values the customer!

My husband placed order ticket #0092 on 10/27/2023 at 5:57pm via the app to the Manfield, TX location on East Broad Street.He ordered four items: two pizzas, a dessert, and an 8 pc bone out garlic parm wings.The delivery person forgot the wings.I tried to call, because the app has no function to report a missing item.The number appears local, but you get sent to a central call center. Once you state your problem, they allegedly connect you to the local store.That never happened. I waited over 30 minutes, and no one ever picked up the phone. I finally hung up and decided to do the Google review instead.The food that was delivered was the usual quality, so no complaints about that.Be we sure don't like paying for food we didn't get.
