Why would the cashier be taking an order and then making it. I waited in line 15 minutes and 3 people in front of me as Uber drivers came in she would make their orders I just wanted to order rolls. Ridiculous. She is doing two people’s jobs. This place sucks I won’t return who wants to wait 30 minutes for a few biscuits? I sure don’t. Never again the reviews are spot on. These people do not care stay away go somewhere else unless you have an hour to wait for food. Now they pulled me up saying it’s going to be 5 more minutes now it’s been 10 more minutes. ?

Absolutely terrible experience today. They are only getting one star because I have to leave one star to be able to leave a review. We pulled in through the drive-through and I ordered a kids tender meal, I then ordered a second Kids tender meal and was then told that they were out of tenders. I substituted those for nuggets. I then ordered popcorn shrimp, and was advised that they were out of popcorn shrimp. I asked if they were going to be making more and he said no. I tried to order myself nuggets w/ Cajun gravy for my dipping sauce, and was advised that I cannot have Cajun gravy. I told them never mind and I left without placing an order. I went to another location and got everything we wanted.

I ordered online, to be ready at 5:04 pm, pickup inside. I arrive a the dining room is closed, so I go thought the drive through. I tried to order a large sweet tea, but they are out of larges, only medium.I travel all around the country and this is one of the WORST Popeyes I have ever been to, period. They are always out if something, today it is no large drinks. Last time it was no nuggets, after I ordered them online and tried to pick them up.They should just shut this store down and I hope someone from their corporate office sees this and steps in. To do something. .

Terrible. Why are the doors locked at 8:00pm when I ordered online and was given the option to pick up inside? Why is the outside wait so long with the doors locked?? Also, when I got to the speaker they literally just said “what”.. Like excuse me? Just quit if you’re that lazy!!

Arrived at 10:49. Restaurant door was locked. Sign on the door AND web site says the store opens at 10:00. Worker inside the store made eye contact with me and ignored me when I tried to open the door.

Manager was doing a horrible job of managing the store resources such as crew, food supply, etcetera.In order to make the workload easier on the workers the manager had them lock the two front doors and divert all customers to the drive-thru. This is 100% not okay and it's actually in violation of Popeye's policy.I went to the side of the restaurant where the drive-thru is at and their personnel door right there that leads from the lobby to the outside. I went inside. Several people were inside the lobby waiting for their orders.The front cash register clerk ignored me for almost 10 minutes. She was bagging up orders to give to the drive-thru clerk. 2 managers were on duty and they both made eye contact with me. Neither one of them acknowledge my presence verbally. Neither one of them said anything like sir it's going to be a couple of minutes but we will get to you. Five employees had time to go to the restroom and when they were going to the restroom and coming back they looked at me and then looked away, as if they had done something wrong.finally I called out to the manager who was about 12 ft away from me, bagging up orders and I told her that I'd like to place my order. She pointed to the lady that supposed to be working the front cash register, who instead was bagging orders for the drive-thru right near the front cash register, and told me that this particular lady would take my order .Instead, that employee continued to bag orders for the drive through. After several minutes I called out to the manager again, who was still begging orders for the drive-thru, and told her that I want to place my order. The manager kept giving me dirty looks and looking like she was stressed out and angry with me for even being inside her restaurant because how dare should I place another order, and put money in her pocket, and provide jobs for her people!The only reason that I picked this restaurant to go to because one of my co-workers had gone to this restaurant and when they gave him his order it was missing some food items. so, out of the kindness of my heart, I told my co-worker that I would go to Popeyes to get my lunch and while I'm there, if he would hand me his receipt, I would show it to them and request his red beans and rice that they had not provided for him and that he had paid for.So finally when the clerk eventually took my order, I just showed her the receipt and told her I want to get the red beans and rice that were supposed to be in my co-workers bag.So the front clerk, who had a Jamaican accent, she looked very scared like she knew that the crew was screwing up and she knew the manager was messing up. The manager kept giving me dirty looks. So the front cash register lady went and got the red beans and rice but before she did that she filled two more orders for the drive-thru.When she came over to give me the red beans and rice that were supposed to be for my co-worker, she asked me what I wanted for my order. And I told her, I've decided to go somewhere else. I'm not going to give you all my money if I have to sit here for 17 minutes and wait that long to place an order.And so after I got the red beans and rice I told the front clerk that I want to talk to the manager. She turned around and told the manager that I wanted to talk to her. The manager looked pissed off and gave me another dirty look and said I got a lot of orders to fill, it's going to be a while before I can talk to you, and she looked like she hated me.Having spent many years working in the restaurant industry, I was making a mental list of all the things they were screwing upAfter waiting several more minutes and having been in the store for nearly 30 minutes, I finally told the manager again look, I'm here in my break, and I need to talk to you. She refused to come over and talk to me. She stood where she was at, behind the counter and just said talk to me from where you're at.So I started telling her all the problems that she was not handling well.I started listing them offRudely, she fli

DISAPPOINTED!!! I remember back in the day the food would always be just the way you remember, now everything I spend my money here looking to eat fresh chicken and they always serve me old dried pieces that is not fresh!! And you can smell that they are not fresh!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
