Delicious barbecue! Being our first time, we weren't sure what to order. The staff recommended the sausage & even gave us some samples of sausage to try. We enjoyed it so much, we ordered the sausage plate & sandwich with sausage & pulled pork. We both got baked potatoes with all the toppings, as well as sides of creamed corn & green beans to share. We ended up taking the baked potatoes home.A nice surprise to see that soft serve ice cream in cones is included with the purchase of every order. It's the perfect palette cleanser & way to top a meal.

We picked up takeout the other day.The food was, as always, awesome.Store was somewhat busy and we had to wait a few minutes in line before they took our order. Mind you that this place is not a fancy restaurant, but that's a good thing.They folks behind the counter were truly enjoying themselves waiting on folks. When checking out the cashier double checked to ensure our order was correct and that we had plenty of condiments needed to enjoy the foodThanks Soulman for a good visit.Sorry that I didn't post pictures.. had to eat!!!

Have been a long time customer of the chain and always liked it until I went to the Mansfield location the other day and saw how skimpy the portions have gotten in relation to the price getting bigger. For a company that advertise that they aren't stingy with their meat I was disappointed enough to get my money back and leave. On top of that the girl working the register was clueless when I asked about and then the manager I guess wanted to argue instead of making it right. I was contacted saying someone would call me which didn't happen. I guess a customer isn't appreciated anymore.

This place is close to home so gave it a try. It wasn't very busy as it was only 4 pm on a Thursday. The guy serving the meat wasn't too friendly but also not a complete tool. Placed order but then wanted to add a sausage and told the young girl that was ringing up the order. She told me I had to tell the meat guy to add the sausage. Ok, well you are standing right next to him, but whatever, I'll tell him so you don't have to. Asked the guy standing next to her for a sausage and then she didn't even add it to the order or put it in the bag so no sausage for me. They should probably rename this place to Soulless BBQ based on the customer service. The brisket was ok but nothing special.
Great bbq, but not the best I’ve had. I was definitely happy with all of the sides and the service was amazing. The brisket was a bit dry and the sides were just okay. I would certainly love to give this place another chance and try some of their other dishes. Their desserts were great and I appreciated the fact the restaurant itself was kept very clean and tidy!

By far the BEST bbq I’ve had.The brisket, sausage, & ham were just top notch.Service was even better, definitely coming back.
We had our dinner delivered. Upon receiving our food I first noticed that our Texas Toast was just thrown into a medium size bag. No Saran Wrap or anything else. Then i opened our main meal and the brisket and sausage was wrapped up in crinkly pieces of foil. We have never had food delivered like this before. Is this normal?
