“This location is pretty consistent with their drinks and food. However, the drinks from our last experience did not have some of the toppings they should have had. That is very small and nitpicky. But they did not tell us that it was missing nor did we request it to be left off. There have been a few times when items are not available but this is a busy location. So if you are trying to get some of the breakfast type items later in the day you might not be able to get them, just a warning. For as busy as they are their speed and accuracy is really good though. I would suggest them to anyone.“

“I just have to say that this morning my barista was so amazing. There was no wait like the store across the Kroger. She made my starbucks double shot on ice perfectly! I bought a bag of coffee beans and she instantly told me about the blend and offered to grind them. It's not always that you have excellent baristas with great customer service. I'll be coming back soon! Thanks for always making my morning coffee great.“
“I love Starbucks. I spoke with a employee from this location about an idea to add a small platform stage. This small platform stage could be used to host artist to perform live such as: a painter with a canvas, a jazz player with a saxophone, a model posed as a mannequin. The employee and I shared joy in this idea. I thank you again Starbucks for being the star you are.“
“Starbucks is located off E Broad in Mansfield in The Shops at Broad shopping center, serving great coffee and seasonal drinks throughout the year.I have been here multiple times and always had a pleasant experience with the staff and service. There is parking along the establishment, but it can get crowded and congested due to the many businesses surrounding it. Inside is very spacious and clean with many chairs and tables to sit at. The staff does a wonderful job in preparing your drinks and provides excellent customer service. They offer breakfast pastrys such as coffee cake, breakfast sandwhiches, and my all-time favorite cake pops! There is wifi provided along with a clean restroom to use.Overall, this Starbucks is great and knows how to please their guest. They offer a drive-through for fast service for quick and easy drinks to go. I highly recommend downloading the APP for awesome rewards and perks to get the best bang for your buck.“
“It's bright and early (before the chickens are awake) but the associate that helped me was professional and smiling!! Order was made correctly and quick! I went through the drive thru so I can't speak to the inside of the store but the drive through is easily accessible.“
“Extremely fresh bathroom. Specialty drink recipes/tastes are consistant from visit to visit. I'm a "hot white chocolate mocha" and "caramel frappuccino" girl! Highly recommend! Also recommend the Ham and Swiss croissant.“
“This location is new, they have the best staff and manager there that I have encountered , I have a coffee and some breakfast item every morning at one of the Starbucks and a tee in the afternoon, we are talking 7 days a week I have been to most every Starbucks from here to Denver as I travel a lot, this store is my favorite. They always give a small cup of whipped cream to my best friend Roxie, if she doesn't get that cream she is whining for miles till I go back.“
