It’s often an older lady and a younger guy working here. The younger guy is at least trying to go fast, but he just needs the proper training to be more efficient, not his fault at all. The older lady is the reason this place moves slower than the human aging process. She take a day to do anything. Blames the register for her moving slow as death, and can’t even reach for the cucumbers without me growing gray hair. She needs to do something not customer service related. Not to confuse her with the younger woman that works here, she’s fine, but the older lady? She needs to do something that requires no hustle, because she is inherently the opposite of hustle or any of its derivatives.

My husband and I immediately had diarrhea from eating here. I was unable to go to work because it was so horrible. I'm not able to adequately review the service or ambiance since we did a mobile order.

Omg when I tell you this location got roaches. It completely turned me away from getting a sandwich. I never been so disgusted, it was crawling right next to my sandwich. The worker up there is so nice don’t get me wrong but that roach threw me off.

The manager went above and beyond to make the catering experience top notch. She was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The staff in the restaurant greeted me upon arrival for pickup, made sure I had everything I needed for my order, and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing catering in the future.

This location is terrible. Ordered online and they didn’t make any of the food when I arrived to pick it up. The clerk said we have no bread or meatballs or anything come back tomorrow. He refused to give a refund because he claimed he didn’t know how. A simple call hey we are out of everything so you can cancel your order and not waste your time and fuel to get here. Nope. Then when you call no response. Complain online no response there either. I won’t go back to any subway. You lost my money for poor service and bad policies.
I wanted to order food today but then remembered Jessica Torres allows theft from her customers. I'm still waiting on my refund for the partial sandwich you gave me. I'm just asking you to do the right thing. I didn't get most of my order, so I shouldn't be charged full price.

I went the other day on sat and I saw roaches and when she gave me my recite she threw it at me I felt a bit mad but I’m thinking abt calling inspection and the corporation to get there worker right

I can’t say enough about the manager Bree has helped us, it’s was such an amazing experience talking to and dealing with her for a New Year’s party sub, she went out of her way to make it for us and kept in contact with us with everything we wanted on the sub, she was simply amazing, I had never used this subway before I live in south Arlington with 3 other subways around me and none of them would assist me like she did, I can tell you this I eat subway all the time for healthy reasons and I will make this my home subway now even if it means driving 15-20 min from home simply cause how she treated my wife and I and how she went beyond to make sure we were satisfied!! Thank you!
