Asked for a cheeseburger. Two attempts later, still couldn't provide a cheeseburger. Asked for the melt sandwich to be removed from ticket and only got offered 10 percent off. Horrible service. Avoid this location like the plague.

Staff is always nice (as long as you are) food is always good and fast and warm. Cleanliness depends on what time you get there but could have tables and counters wiped down more often.
Whether it’s busy or not I’ve always had good service here, food is always hot and the restaurant is well kept!

Totally disgusting. Hours after 8pm is serviced by a cook and a waitress. Neither one knows ANYTHING about what they're doing. I ordered an all-star and everything was terrible! The cook doesn't know how to cook and the waitress appears to be on her first day. Absolutely clueless! I left All the food on the table, paid, and left. DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION UNTIL WAFFLE HOUSE REPLACES THE EMPLOYEES WITH QUALIFIED PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!
