This place is going downhill. Mens bathroom is dirty and the manager justcame out of there before me! Counter person seems lost while taking my order. Asked my name for the order then just gives me a head nod to notify me it was ready. Why ask my name? Besides it was incomplete. Asked for my burger and he said it must have been part of the order. I said it was a JBC Biggie Bag. You just took my order less than 3 minutes ago! He turns around and begins to check the order screen to see if I am right and grabs a burger off the counter behind him. Never asked it it was for my order. It has been over 30 minutes before another guest comes inside and still no one has checked the bathroom or been instructed to go clean it. SMH. Do better Wendy's Mansfield!!

We ordered 2 Frostys and a side of fries. After 10 minutes we'd received nothing. I approached the counter and was told that their frosty machine needed to chill some more. 5 more minutes they said. They lied. We waited over 30 minutes and finally asked for our money back.They NEVER offered us any updates, we had to approach them. They didn't tell us when we ordered there would be a lengthy wait. The restaurant was around 90 degrees inside.I won't be back. Terrible management, facilities and communication.

I’ve lived in the area for over 2 years now and I go here for breakfast around once a week, on a weekday, always before 7.30 AM. I have come across a total of two different employees, a lady and a gentleman. Every time the gentleman is there, my food takes upwards of 10 mins to come out. If you come here for breakfast and the dude is manning the window you might as well count of being late for work or wherever you need to be.

Not coming back here again. Went inside and we were only one there and now I know. Only 1 table clean and it was very frustrating to order my food. Guy taking order took forever and then it wasn’t right. Got order and missing half the food. Change wasn’t right either they gave me and tried to be honest and give extra back and the other guy said he couldn’t get back on the register so I said oh well and client the extra cha ge.

The food here was really good and the staff was very attentive but the place itself needs some work!! The soda machine didn't work and was super dirty, there were no napkins stocked, and the place needed a good sweep mop. This Wendy's would be one of the best if they could just take care of the lobby area!!
