Good seafood environment. Loved the location and how easily it was accessible. The server seemed a bit annoyed that I asked him for refills on my soft drink. Shouldn't have been a problem, all he has to do is take orders and the robot will deliver then he would still get a 20% grat. Service and attitude could be better, but luckily the food met the expectation. Getting a boil is plenty for two. Ordered something fried as well to contrast with boil.I've edited my review after they replied. I will be visiting again. My reviews are only my opinion about my experience, and I never want to harm a business.

Order there twice a week had BONES in the fish called to speak witha management and she didn't believe us soo we had to get in our car on a rainy night I had a call in order and go up there to show her the BONES IN the fish they took pics and only offered us a extra piece of fish next time we order from them. Which there will not be a next time she make us feel as if we were lying so we had to go up there just to prove to her the bones in the fish...truly a dam Shame I order form there every week sometimes twice I'll they had to do us look in their system my name is in there always.. a loyal customer is gone now and I know one person probably don't mean much to them to lose but it's everything to me to question my integrity over a piece of fish??? Shows me what I meant to them is nothing

Crab legs were over cooked. Gumbo was horrible. I asked to be replaced or for discount and was denied. Told Mgr I will never come back and she said she didnt care. Usually if food is bad, from a customer service standpoint, Mgr will comp customer. HORRIBLE attitude, HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE food! Do not go here!

Crab legs was old or over cooked and they didn’t want to give a discount or bring new crab legs without charging. The host was horrible and cursed out my aunt. The food is not worth the price. First time going and I will never go back.

Made a spot for some fresh live crawfish Saturday. They were delicious. I even tried the garlic noodles. They were scrumptious. I definitely will try them again. I was soooo amazed by their robot employees. Customer service was A+ for me.

We got to the restaurant at 9:20 and they did not want to serve in to dine in even though they close at 10, they were only serving to go. If they are still going to make our order to go, what inconvenience is it to let us sit down and enjoy our food. They close their kitchen at 9:30. Me and my family always come to eat around this time and today they did not want to serve us. We came all the way from Corsicana just to eat here because we love the food but this was ridiculous.

I will NEVER return to this restaurant or Akiri which is right next door and owned by the same person. My Type 1 Diabetic daughter and I waited patiently as SEVERAL patrons who came in AFTER us received their food. When I finally asked about the status of our order, we were advised that it had NEVER been placed. She apologized and asked for our order again. I placed the order but also asked for the manager. The manager was completely disinterested and couldn't stop smirking the entire time she spoke. When I asked how they would rectify the situation (at this point calmly), she said she could not add an appetizer (despite my daughter's dropping sugar) and she also could not discount my order. Instead, she offered that I could cancel the order that was just placed as if sitting for over an hour waiting for food just to leave with no food was a great customer service experience. I went next door to speak with the owner who of course wasn't in that restaurant either. You screw up and then just tell me too bad, you can just leave?????? Needless to say I will NEVER return.

I came in during happy hr and the server took my drink order. It's my first time but I saw the menu before I came in. She brought my drink at 6:40pm and took my order. I ordered the fish shrimp chicken platter and she said it would take 10-15 min....it's now 7:15pm and I still haven't gotten my food. I don't even see the server who took my order as she haven't came by my table since 6:59pm.... I've literally watched 3 tables get their food and finish their meals while I'm still waiting..finally got my food at 7:20 from the robot server. Food was fairly good overall...now I'm waiting for my check smh...

While I don't expect seafood to be cheap, I think the prices are a tad high.A cup of Clam Chowder that was more potato than any actual clams, $9. I was not a fan of the Garlic Butter Sauce. I would have much preferred just a container of clarified butter. And as expensive as the snowcrab legs were, it would have been nice if they had been prepared properly. I received 6 crablegs, & I know how to break them apart & get the flesh out. However, they had been overcooked so most of the meat was gone. I got maybe enough crabmeat that would have fit on 3 Ritz Crackers. I was really disappointed in how little crab I received for the price charged.If this is "the best seafood place in DFW," like their mechanical server likes to say, I would hate to see the worst!

My family and I order food from here from time to time. And occasionally we dine in. Today, we decided to place an order to go. And when my wife went to pick up the food. There was only 2 tater sauces and 2 cocktail sauces. We order 3 platters totaling $50 bucks. When my wife asked for additional sauce they told her she would have to pay additional for a sauce. If this business wants people to support them. Then, please stop nickel and diming customers.
