the wait time is horrendous even that i got there before noon to avoid lunch time crowd now the restrooms are coded in order to use em plus on top of that dirty & smelly with flies buzzing around ears just imgine it

This place was the worst. I wait 30 minutes for my food and when i asked about it they said they called my nunber. Which they did not they knew they messed up didnt even say anything...they need some customer relations

Update months later - decided to try again. Still unbelievably slow. 16 minutes for 6 cars. (I was car 6) and still managed to get the order wrong.I’m not sure what it is about THIS location but you need AT LEAST 30 minutes to make it through the drive thru if there’s more than 2 cars in line. If there’s more than 4 cars get ready for 45 minutes or more. If you try to be clever and just go inside to “save time” you’re witness to most employees just playing on their phones, singing and telling jokes.The food is good, when you eventually get it. I’d say the biggest thing this place lacks is management.The last time I entered this location on a weekend 2 male employees spent the entire time I was there sat at a table talking with two girls and making frequent visits to the bathroom with other young people who came in and left after that bathroom meeting. I’m sure you could figure out what they were doing without much work. The only thing said to them by the “manager” was “if you’re clocked in you should be working” to which they ignored.So as I said - this place needs a proper manager.

Just left there, product deflation is a real thing, out of all fast food I never thought whataburger would stoop so low, I expect it from mcdonalds and most of your snack food companies but whataburger......really.Not to mention they can follow orders on a specific way I wanted my burger made.
