Great place for grill warm sandwiches. Went here couple of days ago and I love the food, definitely worth the wait. There was only one person working, so it did take some time to get my 3 sandwiches, I do hope they hire someone soon so that I don't have to wait 30 minutes for my food, I normally go during lunch break. Maybe next time I should order first and do pick up instead. Aside from the wait, Which Which has always been my go-to place for cheesesteak sandwich, the Best!

Terrible!!!! The two heavy set white guys talk sooooo much. Took 30 mins to make my salad and still messed up, because they did too much talking. I know all their business about working with their mom, brothers, and dad. Who cares, do your job smh. Never coming back

Such a shit show here, the older red headed lady was huffing and puffing about door dash. Went on and on about how lazy people are they can't even come and get their sandwich. Saw her pop off on two separate door dash drivers.

The sandwich was good. No issue with the food. The three people working on the other hand... Forgot customers could hear them. If they're arguing, everyone can hear. And it gets a bit quiet and awkward. And the bathrooms need a good clean.

Came in today, 10/22/22 at 2:00pm and there was only one guy working. Just wanted to say- kudos to you for showing up! Not sure what the situation is, but he is working alone, was in a good mood, and still greeting guests. Management is lucky to have such a dedicated employee who shows up when no one else did. These stars are strictly for you, keep up the positivity dude!

The older red head woman behind the counter was extremely condescending. We tried to order a sandwich without any meat (bc vegetarian) and she went on about how we had to circle the Avocado option even though we didn't want it on our sandwich. After she rudely explained her reason, she ended up putting avocado on the sandwich. Honestly, if you get that upset about customers walking into your establishment and then go on and give them attitude about how to order a veggie sandwich, go find another job. After giving us attitude, other customers walked into the establishment and she was huffing and puffing and yelling to her coworker to come and assist. Just an overall unprofessional and unwelcoming experience. I've worked as a server for 4 years now and I've never once spoken to someone like this woman did to me. Go work as Walmart as a cart wrangler or something so you don't have face-to-face interactions with people. She's obviously miserable. Will not be coming back.

I never leave reviews… but omg!! This poor girl working making sandwiches… she made like 10 sandwich back to back…. NO HELP her from male manger sitting in the back… customer in line even said “sweetie are you alone?” She said no help is in the back… the girl literally looks just exhausted and annoyed from not getting help from the male in the back!!My sandwich 10/10 that SHE made.Ty for the young & hope she’s finds it in herself to look for another job that appreciates her!! It was obviously this job absolutely does NOT.

After giving it a second try I now see the problem. It's definitely understaffed. The guy making the subs is trying to keep up with orders. Good job! I have to give a 3 star rating for the food served and for the staff that is beyond needed. Corporate please fix this at the Which Wich of Mansfield!

My family and I enjoyed dining here. We all had a tuna sandwich, that was perfectly made and delicious. The two ladies who assisted us showed outstanding customer service and made it a wonderful experience.Came in again on June 3, 2022 and we were highly satisfied with not only the food but also the outstanding customer service.Thank you

John served my husband and I. He had the best customer service. He bragged about their cleanliness and fresh quality of the food. He had the most enthusiastic attitude and was very friendly. Will definitely be going back. Somebody give this man a raise cause he deserves to be rewarded.

Store wasn’t busy. We were only customers in there. 50 minute wait on two sandwiches and fries…. The fries were cooked then left sitting on the bench and given to me cold. The sandwich was cold and soggy and had rotten bell peppers on it. Worst dining experience I’ve had. Two employees working there but one was constantly in the bathroom or outside. The entire time we were waiting and eating there.place was also filthy. Food scraps and crumbs on every table.

This place is pretty horrible. Cashier had no idea how to run the register, all tables were filthy and had not been cleaned in awhile. The sandwich makers shirt had holes in his shirt and the shirt was so nasty (looked like grime) I had to tell him to change his gloves.He complained the entire time about how short staffed they were and he wanted to quit. Then acted like I asked him for his left arm because I needed napkins. Horrible. I’m done with Which Which

I have came to this restaurant twice for lunch now. The first time it was a very pleasant experience- fast, friendly, delicious. The second time it was the completely opposite. There was only 2 ladies working and I don't fault them, they were beyond overwhelmed with the amount of orders they had. When I walked in I was greeted, but when I was ready I was standing at the counter for 9 minutes before they were able to ring my order up. They were working on 2 large door dash orders and a customer to go order who was there to pick up and wasn't ready. DURING THE HUGE LUNCH RUSH, one of the 2 ladies working asked the other if she was good ti go in her 15 minute break and asked " do you got it?" Meanwhile she had to finish up the door dash orders, to go order, and start mine. She very much didn't have it but still said she did. I waited over 30 minutes the whole time. If they didn't have adequate staffing it would of been better to open later and miss that rush.
