I love wingstop but I’m so sad to say I had a terrible experience at this location. My brother called in and made an over the phone order while my aunt was in the store. The employee reread to confirm the order twice and everything was perfect. When my aunt brought the order home, it was the opposite of what had ordered. We called and spoke to a manager and she kept putting us on hold. In the span of 1 minute she had us on hold 6 separate times. On top of that, she went on to put the blame on us for basically ordering the wrong thing until she FINALLY understood what we were trying to say. (She would’ve understood the first time had she not continuously cut us off to put us on hold.) Once she figured out she was to blame she wanted us to bring back the food in order for them to make us a new order. She did not care that it was a complete inconvenience to us and that we weren’t willing to drive 20 minutes to pick up the order that they messed up on. We weren’t offered not even a refund or a voucher at the very least. All in all I am highly disappointed in this location. I which I had asked for that managers name. I hope you have a better experience then I had.

Jose hands down had the best customer service. He was very patient with me. My wings were perfect, bag wasn’t messy either, and thanked me for being so patient even though it was fast. He threw in some extra ranch without me having to ask either. Great customer service, he was awesome.

I went here last night and the service was amazing. I was helped by Jose and he made my experience top notch. His customer service was better than any other Wing Stop I’ve been too. He was very helpful and didn’t mind waiting for me to figure out what I needed to order. The food tasted great and I can’t wait to come back.

It’s been a while since I was able to leave a perfect rating for a WingStop location. But this location here…on point. Thank you team for providing good quality food. It’s the little things that matter as in taking time to ask the customer “how well done would you like your wings?” That’s classic touch that has been lost over the last fee years. Much appreciated. 10 ⭐️ for this store.

I have ordered there for years! Went tonight and ordered food ahead of time. They told me 20 minutes I get there they told me they will check in back they said . I asked lady at front please be a little more accurate with time she kept walking and they were all looking at phone texting and laughing. I hope the owner cleans house and gets better management . I never seen so many people walk away from a business in my life in such a short time. Ruined my evening, and my love for Wing Stop.
