I’ll try to keep it short. They don’t know how to make Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espressos. I asked them to make it with the espresso on bottom and Oatmilk on top like the advertised picture. The clerk offered to add ice, how would that help? I don’t want watered down coffee.. then he said they would try their best. Whatever lol. The second picture is what it comes out like when made wrong it does not taste the same.
