I was refused a delivery even though they will deliver all around me. The driver said it was for "safety". I work at a mine, we do blast UNDER GROUND, but it is all according to federal law and instructions. The delivery was to our break room, where we all park our personal cars. Ridiculous. Door Dash has no problems delivering here.

My family drives 50+ miles one way for the FABULOUS pizza at the Marble Falls Pizza Hut!Great customer service, clean facility and whoever is in charge is doing it right! We pass so called Pizza places on the way but we know where the goods are..Thank you everyone at the Marble Falls location!!

I’ve had decent orders from this Pizza Hut but a lot of times the orders are done wrong and the pizza is extremely dry? It was like there was no sauce - I had a pizza that was practically a chicken quesadilla and it wasn’t a good one. I also hate the parking lot layout. It’s literally horrible

My order was not ready when promised after I arrived to pick it up. And then the management lost track of my order and told me it would have to be restarted from scratch, and would take another 12 minutes after it was already 6 minutes late. And while I was waiting for the new pizza to be cooked, a manager discovered my original order had been finished and had been placed in the holding bin without anyone checking to see if I was there to pick it up. The whole process was very aggravating.
I order delivery here every week for our game night. Pizza and wings are always great and delivery is always on time when I place my order in advance. Had a coupon mix up last time, (computer error, not stores fault) but the manager Lacy didn’t hesitate to make everything right, immediately. Definitely our go-to place for pizza delivery in the Marble Falls area

i have never had a good experience ordering from here since they reopened. there has been an issue with the food and or insane wait times every time i have ordered. today at 3:10 i placed a mobile order for pickup. the estimated wait time was 15 minutes and the email i received said my order should be ready by 3:25. i gave them extra time to complete the order and arrived at 3:35, going straight to the window. at the window i paid for the food and they told me my order was still in the oven. i then waited in the parking lot for another 10-15 minutes before going back the the window where they informed me that my order was about to come out of the oven. then, after about 5 minutes of waiting at the window, a woman who i assume was the manager, came up and told me that there was no order ready for me and that my order was scheduled for 5:30 which was untrue. she also was unaware that i had already paid. she said that they could go ahead and put the order in almost 1 hour after the order was placed, which i declined. i am very confused as to why this never came up the first two times i was greeted at the window and why they would be under the impression that my order was supposed to be for a future time. frustrating experience being that i am pregnant and hungry lol.
