The worker didn't change his gloves as he worked, then began cutting bread and even using his fingers to mash the chicken into the open bread.I asked if he'd changed his gloves.The reply was, "No, we only change our gloves when we touch the cash register." Yuck!! Demand they change their filthy gloves before preparing your food!

Worst customer service today at 10:25am!!!! I have lived in marblefalls for the past 10+ years and i have never had an issue at a subway untill now.. My fiancé came in to get some food, the employee working had long hair old looking guy, Was very rude slamming down the items and the sighing at us wanting the meat toasted separately from the sandwhich. Not to mention our subs were so messy and not how i have had subs from here. Once I payed, and left no tip, he just threw my receipt on the counter and walked away, will not be back to this subway. If you don’t like your job find something else to do

I love #8, the Garlic Chicken. Yum. The place is clean and bright. Sandwiches made to order. Fresh cookies and chips. Fountain drink machine. I recommend as a healthier choice than fried fast food restaurants.

Very disappointed. Went in today 4/14/22 ordered around 1:30 employee doing the veggies on my sandwich coughed on it, I asked him to make me another because he coughed on it and he looked at me as if I had offended him. He didn’t even apologize.
