They always forget pieces of your order for to go and unless you’re actually sitting in the restaurant only then is the service actually decent. For example, they forgot my drink and sauce for my order and before I could ask, their employee was already walking away. Not the first time, and I guarantee this isn’t a one time thing.

Omg! This place needs, first of all, a cook that knows how to cook then knows how to season food. Next, they need a new whole crew because they were just walking around like a chicken with their head cut off, bringing the wrong food or not your complete order. The wait time for food was ridiculous, and almost everyone was asking for the manager to complain about their meals and requesting her to take money off their bills. =worst b.day dinner ever

We were traveling thru and attempted to eat at Applebees in Marshall. It was 2 pm on a Sunday, they sat us and no one came to greet us or ask for drinks, we saw like 4/5 servers around. There was someone cleaning tables in her section, 2 people were sat in her section and she immediately took care of them. (She was doing a good job). By this time it has been more than 15 min and not a word to us. There had even been 2 other servers walk past us. And there were 3 other tables with people in the restaurant. It wasn’t busy in any way. After the couple got greeted immediately we decided to leave. I walked up to the host, who appeared to be a a manager was sitting with another manager who had just walked in, and told them that no one had talked to us and it has been 15 min so we were going to take off. They just looked around and didn’t say a word. So we just left. Also our booth had a bunch of trash on the seat.There were also 5 of us, so we would have spent at least $100 and we tip well when there is good service.
