The food is delicious and the service was great. The bread on the sandwich's are homemade white bread delicious!! The French fries are good plus you get homemade ketchup You get a complimentary homemade cookie at the end of your meal. They also have Bluebell Ice Cream and Fudge. You want be disappointed if you go there. They are open for lunch Monday through Friday
Restaurant experience was fantastic. Every experience well curated. Pleasant greeting, great suggestions from menu, excellent seating, clean, and conscientious of guests. Pimento cheese was fantastic, I do not enjoy pimento cheese often, came with toasted bread and fresh greens. Special was excellent, i do not eat greens, but enjoyed them immensely, black eyed peas great, chicken fantastic, came with homemade cookies. Lunch came covered by silver charger. We found this jewel restaurant downtown and had lunch today, home cooked meal, meat loaf, mashed potatoes, vegetables and a cookie wasincluded, all delicious. I believe they are open M-F 11-2 and 5-8. We will eat there again and we highly recommend. ?
