Food was cold. Chicken Express in years past was my favorite go to for crispy golden chicken.My chicken was just a little warm, mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. Roll was not even room temperature.

This place really should be shut down. The managers on any shift as well as the regular staff are rude and definitely lack customer service skills. I asked for plastic utensils to eat my mashed potatoes with and the girl at the drive through stated, "I think I put one in the box." I said, "No ma'am you didn't and I just checked, thank you." She proceeds to hand me the fork, gave me a nasty look, and closed the window. No thank you, I'm sorry, or anything. I blame her parents because they DEFINITELY failed with that one! The food was cold abd I guess they don't believe in plucking the feathers because both wings had feathers as long as my fingers on them. Do they even wash it?
