The food was served cold and when brought to staff’s attention was answered rudely. They don’t deserve the 1 star but 0 is not an option. Second time to try this location and last don’t waste your time

“Darrell” the gentleman that ensures you have a clean dining experience is a an example of “not everyone is expendable”. This place deserves a 10/10 on all levels.
It was very nice to be greeted as soon as we walked in. The little girl working the front counter, Breanna, was an absolute delight! Our meal was quick and hot, the service was great. The restaurant was very clean. We highly recommend DQ and we will definitely stop in again on our next trip threw Marshall.
I would say everything was good until an unpleasant act by one of the workers behind checkout did something that didn't sit right with me. I was behind a family next up in line and she walked from behind the counter and didn't even look or acknowledge me and went straight to the family in line behind me which was white and asked them what were they ordering today and went back and submitted their order and gave it to them while I still was waiting in line.

I have eaten that many fast food restaurants. At all places this is the one place at my food is always hot and good. It is my go to place when I’m working in Marshall Texas.Cashier Rosemary was very friendly. Owners Were there several times when I’ve gone, and they are very Good with public relations.Thanks

Went to the drive thru, got tacos and an 8pc steak finger basket. The lady at the window was so nice an had a great attitude. The food was great, fresh n hot! The food had been cooked a few hours before I got there. Fries were soggy and chicken was Luke warm. Gravy was really thick, there was a chunk of gravy in the middle. There was a hair cooked onto my fried chicken. Ordered the reese’s take 5 blizzard and the pretzels were really stale but otherwise it was great.
